Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for longitudinal adjustment a ski binding part, in particular a toe piece, with one attachable to the top of a ski Guide rail on which the ski binding part as a sliding Jaw unit guided in the longitudinal direction of the ski and in predetermined sliding position on the guide rail a locking locking device can be fixed, the one on the jaw unit at right angles to the guide rail movably guided locking part with an articulated on this Has actuator, which is by the force of a spring in positive engagement either with one of in the longitudinal direction of the ski complementary arranged one behind the other Locking recesses of the guide rail can be brought, the Provide actuator with at least two surface sections of which the second surface section is relative to the first surface section extends at an angle that is equal to or greater than 90 °, and the second surface section is further from the locking part than that first surface section, and thus the first surface section the locked and the second surface section the unlocked Determine the position of the locking part.
- Such a device is from AT-PS 380 639 known and has proven itself well in practice, since the locked or unlatched position of the locking part by two defined end positions of the actuator or is fixed.
- the actuator is one at the Horizontal axis pivoted and jaw unit the entire locking device is integrated in the toe piece.
- the space required for the locking device and the Design of the actuator with the two too supporting surface sections for each type of toes are taken into account again. this means however, an individual construction for each type of jaw.
- An improved embodiment of the above device is known from AT-PS 396 432 which enables not only the toe piece, but also a heel holder adjustable in the longitudinal direction of the ski using a connecting strap, by three defined positions of the actuator the position of the locking part. In the first position are both The toe and heel holder are locked in the second For example, the heel holder is unlocked while in position the toe remains locked and in the third position both heel holder and toe are released. With this solution, too, the space required for the locking device re-considered for each type of toe piece become.
- a locking device for Ski binding parts described in one on the guide rail sliding adjustment plate is installed, which is provided for fastening a ski binding part, so that optionally different types and sizes of ski binding parts can be mounted on it.
- the locking device consists of one that can be moved transversely to the longitudinal axis of the ski Latch that engages an arm of a two-armed lever, whose second arm is designed as a locking part, the Latch is loaded by a spring in the longitudinal direction of the ski, so that the locking part or its teeth against a row of teeth the guide rail are pressed.
- the teeth or the Tooth gaps in the row of teeth are covered by snow, ice or dirt, this leads to an incomplete mutual Intervention, which fixes the position of the ski binding part is not guaranteed.
- a similar locking device is through FR-OS 2 683 457 become known, in which the locking device also is integrated in an adjustment plate.
- One across the longitudinal axis of the ski slidable latch has two teeth that into the spaces between a row of teeth on the guide rail intervention.
- the bolt is spring-loaded and has an operating button Mistake.
- One stuck between the two teeth arranged third tooth serves as a stop for the Bars.
- the button must be fully depressed and during the entire adjustment phase of the ski binding part, e.g. of Toe, in this position against the spring force being held.
- the object of the invention is a device for To create longitudinal adjustment of a ski binding part, which the advantages of an adjustable plate, such as easy interchangeability one ski binding part against another different Size and / or type, with the advantages of a locking device with secure locking and unlocking in each stable positions combined with one-hand operation.
- the feature of claim 3 enables a compact Training of the adjustment plate with the actuator, so that no disruptive parts on the adjustment plate or Protrude ski component.
- Another object of the invention is that the two ski binding parts, namely toe pieces and Heel holder, in a first unlatched position individually, i.e. either the toe piece or the heel piece, or in a second unlatched position both simultaneously and independently are longitudinally displaceable from each other.
- This additional Object is solved by the features of claim 4.
- the locking part on the Guide rail can be locked in two effective positions. In this way it is also ensured that in one the first unlatched position the connecting strap with the heel holder alone and in a second unlatched position additionally the jaw unit is adjusted in the longitudinal direction of the ski can be. Finally, baking unit and Heel holder in the desired, newly adjusted position, which e.g. also the ski center position of the entire binding be taken into account, locked together again.
- the measures according to claim 6 give the designer a simple handle for constructive determination of the course of the individual surface sections relative to the pin in Depends on the length of the locking teeth of the connecting band or the guide rail and thus the length of the locking teeth of the locking part.
- the invention also relates to a further development of the initially mentioned device for longitudinal adjustment of a Ski binding part, in particular a toe piece, which is attached to an adjustment plate, which in turn in a guide rail attached to the ski can be moved is guided and lockable.
- the invention has the further object, a Damping device for one in a guide rail to create guided and lockable adjustment plate a damping effect between the ski binding part and the Adjustment plate and then on the guide rail to achieve skiing.
- damping devices in the Area of a ski binding component known.
- Cornering a component of the weight of the skier on the ski exerted pressure so that the flexible plate laterally is compressed, creating a horizontal force component arises from the ski in an undesirable manner the curve pushes outwards.
- claim 12 can be advantageous Way, the height of the adjustment plate relative to Ski top are maintained.
- claims 13 and 14 give two favorable constructive solutions for simple assembly and Securing the damping insert.
- one direct damping effect between the adjustment plate and the Ski reaches when the ski bends more by the Damping insert under the edge of the adjustment plate Ski top touched.
- the feature of claim 15 prevents Snow or ice between the toe pieces and the cushioning insert penetrates.

- Fig.2 Location of the actuator 19 and thus the locking part 10th the locked state of the device 1.
- To unlock the actuator 19 is turned 90 ° clockwise pivoted, whereby the second surface portion 23 am lateral section 21 of the adjustment plate 5 for lying or Support comes. Since the second surface section 23 as above mentioned, is located at a greater distance from the pin 20, the Locking part 10 by the difference in distance from the adjustment plate 5 pulled out.
- This difference in distance is the same as or greater than the length L of the locking teeth 12 or 13, so that the locking part 10 in the unlocked state of the Guide rail 5 is located.
- the result is two stable end positions, which are caused by the concerns of the first and second surface sections 22 and 23 on the side Section 21 of the adjustment plate 5 are conditional, whereby the Handling simplified and security against unwanted Unlocking or locking is given.
- the Adjustment plate 5 for receiving the actuator 19 in the pivoted position of a recess 5a and actuator 19 pivoted into recess 5a runs with its outer side 19a flush with the Outer contour 5b of the adjustment plate 5.
