Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Abdichten von Fugen zwischen zwei Bauteilen, z. B. aus Beton, bestehend aus einem sich längs erstreckenden, mindestens einen Injektionshohlraum (3) aufweisenden, schlauchartigen Organ (1), dessen Wandung mit mindestens einem schlitzartigen Austrittsspalt (5) für eine in den Injektionshohlraum injizierbare Dichtungsmasse versehen ist und seitlich des Austrittsspaltes (5) zumindest ein sich parallel zum Injektionshohlraum (3) erstreckender, kompressibler Hohlraum (4) vorgesehen ist, wobei der Injektionshohlraum (3) einen kreisförmigen Querschnitt besitzt und der kompressible Hohlraum (4) umfangsgeschlossen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Austrittsspalt (5) bogenförmig verläuft und an oder nahe jener dem kompressiblen Hohlraum (4) zugewandten Stelle vom Umfang des Injektionshohlraumes (3) ausgeht, an der eine die Mittelbereiche der beiden Hohlräume (3, 4) verbindende in der Querschnittsfläche liegende Gerade (G1) den Umfang des Injektionshohlraumes (3) schneidet, wobei der Injektionshohlraum (3) in einem mittleren Querschnittsbereich und der kompressible Hohlraum (4) nahe der äußeren Kontur des schlauchartigen Organs (1) angeordnet sind und der Austrittsspalt (5) von der Stelle, an der er vom Injektionshohlraum (3) ausgeht, bis zu einem der Außenkontur (2) des schlauchartigen Organs (1) umittelbar benachbart liegenden Abschnitt des Austrittspaltes (5) der Umfangskontur des kompressiblen Hohlraumes (4) im Abstand folgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der der Aussenkontur (2) des schlauchartigen Organs (1) unmittelbar benachbart liegende Abschnitt des Austrittsspaltes (5) eine vom folgenden Verlauf abweichende, kleine, hakenartige Krümmung (6) aufweist und sich diese Krümmung nur über einen Bruchteil der Gesamtlänge des Austrittsspaltes (5) erstreckt, beispielsweise ca. 1/10 dieser Länge beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine gedachte Gerade (G2), die den inneren Mündungsbereich des Austrittsspaltes (5) fortsetzt, die die Mittelbereiche der Hohlräume (3, 4) verbindende Gerade (G1) unter einem Winkel von ca. 90° kreuzt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand zwischen Austrittsspalt (5) und Umfangskontur des kompressiblen Hohlraumes (4) über die Länge des Austrittsspaltes (5) im wesentlichen konstant ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand zwischen Austrittsspalt (5) und Umfangskontur des kompressiblen Hohlraumes (4) von innen nach außen zunimmt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im schlauchartigen Organ (1) mehrere Injektionshohlräume (3) vorgesehen sind und jedem Injektionshohlraum (3) ein Austrittsspalt (5) und mindestens ein kompressibler Hohlraum (4) zugeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der kompressible Hohlraum (4) einen kreisförmigen oder ovalen Querschnitt aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das schlauchartige Organ (1) aus einem nicht kompressiblen, elastisch verformbaren Material einstückig ausgebildet ist.
