CCL11
CCL11C-C 모티브 케모카인 11은 호산구 케모타틱 단백질이라고도 하며, eotaxin-1은 CCL11 유전자에 의해 인체 내에서 코드되는 단백질이다.이 유전자는 3개의 엑손에 암호화되어 있으며 [5][6]17번 염색체에 위치해 있다.
기능.
CCL11은 CC케모카인족에 속하는 작은 사이토카인이다.CCL11은 호산구의 화학작용을 유도하여 선택적으로 호산구를 모집하므로 알레르기 반응에 [7][8][9]관여한다.CCL11의 효과는 케모카인 수용체로 알려진 G단백질 연결 수용체와의 결합에 의해 매개된다.CCL11이 배위자인 케모카인 수용체는 CCR2,[10] CCR3[5], CCR5를 [10]포함한다.단, eotaxin-1(CCL11)은 CCR3을 [11]발현하지 않는 호중구 및 단구에서는 불활성이기 때문에 수용체에 대한 높은 선택성을 갖는 것으로 밝혀졌다.
임상적 의의
혈장의 CCL11 수치 증가는 생쥐와 사람의 [12]노화와 관련이 있다.또한 어린 생쥐를 CCL11 또는 나이든 생쥐의 혈장에 노출시키는 것은 [12]해마의 신경 발생에 의존하는 것으로 생각되는 행동 태스크에 대한 신경 발생과 인지 성능을 감소시키는 것으로 입증되었다.
