The National Library of Israel provides free access to a large number of online databases and e-journals. Full access is provided within the Library building, while partial access is provided remotely.
Within the Library building you are provided with free access to all of the databases and e-journals which the NLI is subscribed to. You can access these sources by using the computers found in the reading halls or by using any laptop computer connected to the NLI's Wi-Fi network.

A number of databases and e-journals can be accessed online, from anywhere in the world, via the NLI website.
In addition, the NLI enables free access to dozens of Hebrew journals covering a wide range of subjects within the humanities and social sciences, via the JSTOR database. To access these journals, you must first register on the NLI website (free of charge).
