The Reference and Guidance Department of the Library consists of librarians thoroughly familiar with the collections and services of the National Library and the information landscape.

The department's librarians will be happy to assist you with any questions regarding the Library's collections and navigating the catalog, website, and various databases.

Reference Desks in the Library

The reference desks are located in the reading halls and serve as a point of contact for anyone visiting the Library who needs assistance with using and navigating the collections, catalog, and website.

Reference Desks in the Reading Hall

These desks are available to visitors of the main reading hall and do not require prior arrangement.

- Floor -1: Sunday-Thursday from 09:00 to 15:00.

- Floor -2: Sunday-Thursday from 09:00 to 20:00, Friday from 09:00 to 13:00.

Guidance Desk in the Special Collections Hall

This desk is located in the reading hall on floor -3 and is intended for scheduled consultation and guidance meetings on special collections (manuscripts, archives, maps, and music).
