Definitions
- the invention relates to a binding for a sports device, in particular for a snowboard, ski, monoski or snowshoe, which binding one facilitated entry by rotating the shoe.
- Bindings are known in which the user can set the Ski boots only need to get into the binding (German Utility model 94 06 441, EP-A-672 438). It is not necessary that the user has to bend down. However, it cannot be ruled out that a malfunction occurs, i.e. the user enters the binding without it comes to the desired fixation of the shoe in the binding. In such In some cases the shoe can be lifted out, but it is necessary for to get the binding back into the starting position but why is it necessary for the user to bend down?
- a binding is known from EP-A-0 432 588, in which for fixing and Loosen a swivel body to be operated using a hand lever.
- the invention has for its object a binding for a Design sports equipment so that it is not necessary even after a wrong start is that the binding by the user's hand returns to the boarding position brought.
- a change in distance between the binding bodies by turning the shoe opposite the sports equipment caused, namely in a direction of rotation in the sense of a shortening the distance in the other direction of rotation in the sense of an enlargement of distance. By shortening the distance, the bond in brought the closed position.
- a binding plate 19 rotatable about a free-standing hub 34, 35 intended.
- the hub 34, 35 consists of a fixedly connected to the snowboard Disc 34, the longitudinal position of which engages in elongated holes 39 Screws is fixed, and one attached to the disc 34 Lid 35.
- the lid 35 is for setting the desired oblique Driving position in relation to the disc 34 in an angular range pivotable that a screw 38 engages in a curved slot 37, by turning the cover 35 pressed against the disc 34 and is thus determined in the desired angular position.
- Binding bodies 1 and 5 are arranged on the binding carrier plate 19.
- the binding part shown in FIG. 1 acts with the binding carrier plate 19 2 together in such a way that the binding body 1 and 5 under Form fit are pushed onto the binding carrier plate 19.

- Damping elements 63 made of an elastomer provided in a corresponding Groove (not shown) can be inserted or glued into the plate 50 can.
- there is a central bore 65 which is the Attachment serves.
- the binding carrier plate 55 which by means of the cover 54 and the screw 53 on the fastening plate 51 is rotatably screwed.
- the front binding body 56 and rear binding body 57 are determined by means of the round steel bracket 58, 59th to hold a shoe.
- the front binding body faces inwards on both sides directed guide grooves 77, which are intended to guide surfaces 78 to grasp positively.
- the binding body 56 is in Movable in the longitudinal direction with respect to the binding carrier plate.
- a similar The rear binding body 57 can be configured. In the present Embodiment is pivotable about an axis (not shown), which is inserted into the holes 75, 76. This allows the through the Binding body 57 embodied holding plate for the heel of the shoe an adjusting mechanism can be increased.
- the cover 54 which is part of the rotary hub for the binding carrier plate 55, has an attachment opening 71 for a permanent one Attachment of the locking member 62.
- the locking member 62 is intended in the To engage guide slot 70 of the binding carrier plate. Through the locking member the angle of rotation of the binding carrier plate is restricted to the desired range and allows by means of a notch within the guide slot 70 snapping into the driving position.
- the front binding body 56 by the tensile and / or shear forces absorbing Element 60 and the set screw 61 during the rotational movement of a Subject to longitudinal displacement.
- the gripping means 73 of the tensile and / or pushing forces receiving element 60 constantly engages in the guide groove 72 of the hub body on. Since the guide groove 72 has a guide surface, the Element 60 forced longitudinal movement by a push or pull is exerted on the gripping means 73, which movement for the closure function the bond is responsible.
- the locking means 62 of the binding shown above can, as in the Embodiment according to Figure 1, be provided with an eyelet for the Attachment of a safety strap is used. With such an arrangement the binding by a pull on the safety strap on simple and convenient Kind of be opened.
- the hub and the binding carrier plate can be connected to a spiral spring so that when the binding carrier plate rotates from position open “in the position closed "resistance has to be overcome. As a result, the binding rotates back to its starting position when opened by the spring force.
- the binding bodies have 1 and 5 a distance that allows getting out. In this Position remains the binding for a new entry. While entering the bracket 29 is pushed away with elastic deformation and pivots after placing the shoe on the support plate 26 in its upright position Starting position back. By turning the shoe together with the Binding what is under the side surfaces of the shoe on the thighs the bracket 28 and 29 takes place under the action of the element 36th the binding body 5 moves in the direction of the binding body 1. This The shoe with the binding is rotated until the holding bracket 28 and 29 engage in the corresponding notches on the shoe and thus the Shoe is fixed in the binding.
- Figures 4 and 5 show a mechanism by which one Rotational movement of the binding carrier plate 101 with respect to one firmly on one Sports equipment-mounted base plate 100, which represents a hub body, a Longitudinal movement of an element absorbing tensile and / or shear forces 107 caused in the longitudinal direction with respect to the carrier plate 101. 4 is located the binding carrier plate 101 is at an angle with respect to the base plate ⁇ .
