451,900. Producing yarns from long staple artificial silk. SPINNEREI AKT.- GES. VORM. J. F. KLAUSER, 142, Aachenerstrasse, Gladbach, Munich, Germany. Nov. 25, 1935, No. 32667. Convention date, Nov. 26, 1934. [Classes 120 (ii) and 120 (iii.)] Yarn is produced from long staple artificial silk by preparing slivers by carding, combing, or like treatment and then drawing them in a roller drawing-frame without gills, porcupine rollers, or slip-draft apparatus the rollers being spaced at least 60 mm. and up to 150 mm. apart according to the staple. Specifications 407,671 and 422,015, are referred to.
