LGTM, mostly nits about formating.
except for Jacobi, that one requires a bit more work
This only tests the core implementation since there are no kernels involved Also fixes a (recurring) bug with typeid

This PR makes all of our preconditioners and solvers transposable. For composite preconditioners, this works by adding a
transposed_type
alias to all transposable LinOps, so we can convert between LowerTrs/Isai and UpperTrs/IsaiTODO:
