Claims (13)
1. Катализатор, содержащий носитель, включающий нанесенный на него сульфатированный оксид или гидроксид по меньшей мере одного элемента IVB группы (IUPAC 4) периодической таблицы; первый компонент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из лютеция, иттербия, тулия, эрбия, гольмия, тербия, их смесей и иттрия, и второй компонент, содержащий по меньшей мере один металл группы платины.
2. Катализатор по п.1, в котором, первый компонент составляет 0,01-10 мас.% от количества катализатора, а второй компонент составляет 0,01-2 мас.% от количества катализатора в расчете на его элементный состав.
3. Катализатор по п.1, в котором элемент IVB группы (IUPAC 4) представляет собой цирконий.
4. Катализатор по п.1, 2 или 3, отличающийся тем, что он содержит 0,5-5% масс серы в расчете на элементный состав.
5. Катализатор по п.1, 2 или 3, в котором первый компонент представляет собой иттрий или один лантанидный элемент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из лютеция, иттербия, тулия, эрбия, гольмия, и тербия, а второй компонент представляет собой один металл, выбранный из металлов группы платины.
6. Катализатор по п.1, 2 или 3 дополнительно включающий третий компонент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из железа, кобальта, никеля, рения и их смесей.
7. Катализатор по пункту 6, в котором третий компонент представляет собой железо в количестве 0,1-5 мас.%, а второй компонент представляет собой платину.
8. Катализатор по п.2 или 3, в котором лантанидный компонент представляет собой иттербий, лютеций, тулий и их смеси.
9. Способ получения катализатора, предназначенного для конверсии углеводородов, содержащего сульфатированный носитель, включающий по меньшей мере одно вещество, выбранное из оксидов и гидроксидов элементов IVB группы (IUPAC 4) периодической таблицы, первый компонент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из лютеция, иттербия, тулия, эрбия, гольмия, тербия, их смесей и иттрия, и второй компонент, выбранный из металлов группы платины и их смесей, причем такой способ заключается в сульфатировании оксида или гидроксида по меньшей мере одного элемента IVB группы (IUPAC 4) периодической таблицы с образованием сульфатированного носителя; нанесении на сульфатированный носитель первого компонента; и последующего нанесения второго компонента с образованием указанного катализатора.
10. Способ конверсии углеводородов путем контактирования сырья с твердым кислотным катализатором, включающим носитель, содержащий сульфатированный оксид или гидроксид по меньшей мере одного элемента IVB группы (IUPAC 4) периодической таблицы, первый компонент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из лютеция, иттербия, тулия, эрбия, гольмия, тербия, их смесей и иттрия, и второй компонент, выбранный из металлов группы платины и их смесей, с образованием продуктов конверсии.
11. Способ по п.10, в котором парафиновое сырье подвергают изомеризации с целью получения продукта с повышенным содержанием изопарафинов, в результате контакта парафинового сырья с твердым кислотным катализатором в зоне изомеризации, в которой поддерживаются изомеризационные условия, включающие температуру в интервале 40-250°С, давление в интервале от 100 кПа до 10 МПа и среднечасовую скорость подачи жидкости 0,2-25 ч-1, с последующей регенерацией продукта обогащенного изопарафинами.
12. Способ по п.10 или 11, в котором катализатор изомеризации дополнительно включает тугоплавкий неорганический оксидный связующий компонент.
13. Способ по п.12, в котором дополнительно используют по меньшей мере часть обогащенного изопарафинами продукта для смешивания с бензином.
