Abstract
Una película de poliimidabenzoxazol (PIBO) que tiene una capa eléctricamente conductiva adherida a cuando menos una superficie a la misma, en donde la película de poliimida-benzoxazol tiene una resistencia a la traccion mayor de 200 MPa. Un tablero de circuitos impresos (PWB) que tiene cuando menos una capa de poliimidabenzoxazol (PIBO) en donde un tablero de circuitos impresos tiene cuando menos una capa delgada de material de base dieléctrico, cuando menos un conductor delgado, y cuando menos una anchura de conductor estrecha y cuando menos una vía de diámetro pequeño.
