Various proposals have been made.

がある。 The first problem is that the coefficient of thermal expansion of synthetic resin materials is extremely large, about 10 times that of steel, so the window glass sliding mechanism built into the door is affected by the thermal expansion or contraction of the door. Various parts used for conventional steel doors cannot be used because there is a risk that door locks and door lock devices may not function properly, and the mounting structure of each part to the synthetic resin panel will change. There is a risk that it will disappear.

In order to ensure the rigidity of door panels, it is necessary to incorporate steel reinforcing members, and to provide some kind of strength to parts that are subject to local loads, such as door hinges and door lock device attachment points, so the manufacturing process of door panels has also changed. It cannot be simplified.

A side wall portion protruding toward the vehicle interior along the front and rear edges of the inner panel is integrally formed, and a side wall portion that protrudes toward the outside of the vehicle interior and fits inside the front and rear side walls of the outer panel is integrally formed with the front and rear edges of the inner panel. A door hinge is attached to one side wall of the inner panel, and a door lock device is attached to the other side wall.

As a result, both panels can be joined by assembling various parts to the inner panel, then assembling both panels, and joining the side wall portions of both panels.
Since the side wall of the inner panel made of steel plate is covered with the side wall of the outer panel made of synthetic resin, the side wall of the inner panel is not exposed to rainwater, and the occurrence of rust on the side wall of the inner panel is effectively prevented. Ru. Moreover, since the side wall portion of the steel inner panel is fitted inside the side wall portion of the synthetic resin outer panel, the rigidity and strength of these side wall portions and the joint structure between the outer panel and the inner panel are sufficiently strong. Further, since the side wall portion of the outer panel is integrally formed with the outer panel, the structure of the outer panel is simplified and the number of parts is reduced.

Since the structure of the outer panel is simplified and it is easier to manufacture it, there is no need to do so.

The lower edge 34a is located higher than the lower edge of the striker 33, and the lower edge 34a is slightly bulged outward, so that the striker 31 comes into contact with or approaches the lower edge 34a. It's summery.

大幅に簡単化することが出来る。 In the automobile door D of the above embodiment, since the outer panel 1 is made of synthetic resin, the design requirements can be met to some extent, and the outer panel 1 and the inner panel 2 are connected via their side walls 1a and 2a. Because of this structure, even if the body line of the car changes slightly, it can be flexibly handled without changing the inner panel 2 and various accessory parts.Since the inner panel 2 to which various accessory parts are attached is made of steel plate, the various accessory parts can be changed depending on its structure. To greatly simplify door assembly work by being able to be used without changing the function and by assembling the door by assembling various accessories on the outer surface of the inner panel and then joining the outer panel 1 and the inner panel 2. I can do it.

Since the head of the screw 29 is covered by the side wall portion 1a of the striker 34, the appearance is improved. Also, as mentioned above, the lower edge 34a of the slit 34 absorbs rainwater flowing out along the surface of the striker 31. It can be trapped to prevent it from flowing into the passenger compartment.

Since the side wall portion 1 of the outer panel 1
Not only can it reliably prevent deformation and cracking of a,
Since the door hinge 8 is attached to the side wall portion 2a of the inner panel 2 made of a steel plate, the hinge attachment portion has sufficient strength and rigidity and is excellent in durability.
