Description
本発明の一態様による歯科用処置材は、ガラス粉末の分散液(A液)と無機リン酸水溶液(B液)とを含み、ガラス粉末が、亜鉛、ケイ素及びフッ素を含み且つアルミニウムを実質的に含まないものである。
本発明の一態様において、A液中のガラス粉末は、亜鉛、ケイ素及びフッ素を含み、アルミニウムを実質的に含まない。
本発明の一態様における無機リン酸水溶液(B液)は、リン酸、ピロリン酸、トリポリリン酸、メタリン酸、ポリリン酸等を、単独で又は2種以上組み合わせて、水に溶解又は水で希釈して得ることができる。無機リン酸水溶液は、濃リン酸を蒸留水で希釈することによって調製することが好ましい。また、追加的に又は単独で、リン酸水素カリウム、リン酸二水素カリウム、リン酸カルシウム、リン酸一カリウム、メタリン酸ナトリウム、リン酸一ナトリウム、オルトリン酸カリウム、オルトリン酸ナトリウム、オルトリン酸アンモニウム、及びオルトリン酸カルシウム、並びにこれらの組合せを使用してもよい。
本発明の一態様によれば、亜鉛、ケイ素及びフッ素を含み且つアルミニウムを実質的に含まない上述のガラス粉末の分散液(A液)が収容された容器と、上述の無機リン酸水溶液(B液)が収容された容器とを含む歯科用処置材キットを提供することができる。
(1)ガラス粉末の調製
酸化亜鉛(ZnO)、無水ケイ酸(SiO2)、フッ化カルシウム(CaF2)、リン酸カルシウム(Ca3(PO4)2)、フッ化ストロンチウム(SrF2)、酸化リン(P2O5)、酸化ランタン(La2O3)、フッ化ナトリウム(NaF)及び炭酸水素カリウム(KHCO3)を所定の比率で配合した後、乳鉢を用いて、充分に混合撹拌した。得られた混合物である原料組成物を白金るつぼに入れ、電気炉内に設置した。電気炉を1300℃まで昇温し、溶融させて十分均質化した後、水中に流し出し、塊状のガラスとした。得られた塊状のガラスを、アルミナ製のボールミルを用いて20時間粉砕した後、120メッシュの篩を通過させ、さらに70時間湿式粉砕し、ガラス粉末を得た。
蛍光X線分析装置ZSX Primus II(リガク社製)を用いて、ガラス粉末を分析し、組成を求めた。
レーザー回折散乱式粒度分布計LA−950(堀場製作所製)を用いて、ガラス粉末の粒度分布を測定した。各実施例、比較例で用いられたガラス粉末の数平均粒子径(メジアン径)を、表1に示す。
上記で得られたガラス粉末を蒸留水に分散させ、表1に示す濃度のガラス粉末の分散液(A液)を得た。
濃リン酸を蒸留水で希釈して無機リン酸の水溶液とし、表1に示す濃度の無機リン酸水溶液(B液)を得た。
(1)ガラス粉末の調製
酸化亜鉛(ZnO)、酸化アルミニウム(Al2O3)、フッ化アルミニウム(AlF3)、無水ケイ酸(SiO2)、フッ化カルシウム(CaF2)、リン酸カルシウム(Ca3(PO4)2)、フッ化ストロンチウム(SrF2)、酸化リン(P2O5)、酸化ランタン(La2O3)、フッ化ナトリウム(NaF)及び炭酸水素カリウム(KHCO3)を所定の比率で配合した後、乳鉢を用いて、充分に混合撹拌した。得られた混合物である原料組成物を白金るつぼに入れ、電気炉内に設置した。電気炉を1300℃まで昇温し、溶融させて十分均質化した後、水中に流し出し、塊状のガラスとした。得られた塊状のガラスを、アルミナ製のボールミルを用いて20時間粉砕した後、120メッシュの篩を通過させ、さらに70時間湿式粉砕し、ガラス粉末を得た。
上記で得られたガラス粉末を蒸留水に分散させ、表1に示す濃度のガラス粉末の分散液(A液)を得た。
濃リン酸を蒸留水で希釈して無機リン酸の水溶液とし、表1に示す濃度の無機リン酸水溶液(B液)を得た。
牛歯象牙質を注水下、耐水研磨紙#1200で研磨し、平坦にした研磨面に、15%EDTA水溶液で1分間処理し、疑似知覚過敏象牙質とした。各実施例、比較例について得られたA液とB液とを表1に示す質量比で採取し、アプリケータを用いて混合し、混合液(歯科用処置材)を得た。その混合液を、疑似知覚過敏象牙質に塗布した。20秒間放置後、水洗、乾燥し、走査電子顕微鏡(SEM)にて観察し、象牙細管封鎖性を確認した。評価基準は以下の通りである。

<歯質脱灰抑制効果の評価>
牛歯象牙質を注水下、耐水研磨紙#1200で研磨し、平坦にした研磨面に、直径が3mmの穴が開いているポリテトラフルオロエチレン製のシールを貼り付けた。各実施例、比較例について得られたA液とB液とを表1に示す質量比で採取し、アプリケータを用いて混合し、混合液(歯科用処置材)を得た。その混合液を、シールが貼り付けられた面に、シールの穴全体が被覆されるように塗布した。20秒間放置し、続いて水洗、乾燥した。その後、37℃の脱灰液(50mM酢酸、1.5mM塩化カルシウム、0.9mMリン酸二水素カリウム、pH4.5)に18時間浸漬した。

[比較例7]
歯科用処置材を歯面に全く塗布しなかった以外は、上記と同様にして、象牙細管封鎖性及び歯質脱灰抑制効果を評価した。結果を表1に示す。
Claims (3)
- ガラス粉末の分散液と無機リン酸水溶液とを含み、
前記ガラス粉末が、亜鉛、ケイ素及びフッ素を含み、アルミニウムを実質的に含まず、
前記亜鉛の含有量が、酸化亜鉛(ZnO)で換算した量で10質量%以上である、歯科用処置材。 - 象牙細管封鎖材として用いられる、請求項1に記載の歯科用処置材。
- 亜鉛、ケイ素及びフッ素を含み且つアルミニウムを実質的に含まず、前記亜鉛の含有量が、酸化亜鉛(ZnO)で換算した量で10質量%以上であるガラス粉末の分散液が収容された容器と、無機リン酸水溶液が収容された容器とを含む、歯科用処置材キット。
