Claims (5)
- 自走可能な下部走行体と、該下部走行体上に旋回可能に搭載され前側に作業装置が設けられた上部旋回体と、該上部旋回体の後側に設けられ前記作業装置との重量バランスをとるカウンタウエイトと、該カウンタウエイトの前側に配置され油圧ポンプを駆動するエンジンと、該エンジンによって駆動されることにより電力を発電し、または電力が供給されることにより前記エンジンの駆動を補助する電動機と、エンジン冷却水および/または作動油を含む流体を冷却する熱交換装置と、該熱交換装置に冷却風を供給する冷却ファンと、前記熱交換装置に供給される冷却風の流れ方向に対して前記熱交換装置よりも上流側である熱交換装置上流室に配置され、電力を充電しまたは電力を放電する蓄電装置と、該蓄電装置から供給される電力により前記上部旋回体を旋回させ、または前記上部旋回体が旋回減速したときの回生電力を前記蓄電装置に充電する旋回電動モータとを備えてなるハイブリッド式作業機において、
前記熱交換装置に供給される冷却風の流れ方向の上流側である前記熱交換装置上流室には、冷媒を用いて前記蓄電装置を冷却する蓄電装置用ラジエータと、冷媒を循環させる冷却ポンプと、前記蓄電装置、前記冷却ポンプおよび前記蓄電装置用ラジエータを相互に接続する冷却管路とによって閉ループとして形成され前記蓄電装置を単独で冷却する蓄電装置用冷却システムを設け、
一方、前記電動機の動作を制御するインバータを冷媒を用いて冷却するインバータ用ラジエータと、冷媒を循環させる他の冷却ポンプと、前記インバータ用ラジエータ、前記他の冷却ポンプ、前記インバータおよび前記旋回電動モータを相互に接続する他の冷却管路とにより前記蓄電装置用冷却システムとは別の閉ループとして形成され前記インバータおよび前記旋回電動モータを冷却するインバータ用冷却システムを設けたことを特徴とするハイブリッド式作業機。 - 前記電動機の動作を制御する前記インバータである第1のインバータと、前記旋回電動モータの動作を制御する第2のインバータとによりインバータ装置を構成し、
前記インバータ用冷却システムは、前記インバータ装置を冷却する構成としてなる請求項1に記載のハイブリッド式作業機。 - 前記蓄電装置用冷却システムの前記蓄電装置用ラジエータは、前記熱交換装置上流室内で前記冷却風の流れ方向において前記熱交換装置と前記蓄電装置との間に配置する構成としてなる請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド式作業機。
- 前記蓄電装置用ラジエータは、冷却すべき冷媒が流入するアッパタンクと、冷却された冷媒が流入するロアタンクと、前記アッパタンクと前記ロアタンクとの間に設けられ冷媒の熱を冷却風中に放熱する放熱部とを有し、
前記蓄電装置用ラジエータの前記放熱部の下端部は、前記蓄電装置の上面の高さ以上の高さ位置に配置する構成としてなる請求項1,2または3に記載のハイブリッド式作業機。 - 前記熱交換装置上流室は、前記上部旋回体の前,後方向において前記熱交換装置の前側で左,右方向に延びる前仕切部材と、前記上部旋回体の前,後方向において前記熱交換装置の後側で前記カウンタウエイトに沿って左,右方向に延びる後仕切部材とにより囲まれ、冷却風の流れ方向の上流側に形成される空間により構成してなる請求項1,2,3または4に記載のハイブリッド式作業機。
