500,532. Mounting reflectors on electric lamps. EVANS, G. J. W., and DALE, A. N. Aug. 11, 1938, No. 23731. [Class 75 (ii)] An annular reflector 1 is rigidly mounted on an electric lamp bulb 8 by means of a collar 4 which is carried by arms 3 secured to the reflector and grips the enlarged part 7 of the lamp cap 5. there being provided an inclined slot 6 to accommodate one of the bayonet-pins 9 and permit the collar to be moved down on to the part 7 of the cap by a twisting action. A screw may be provided to clamp the collar rigidly to the cap.
