800,350. Electric incandescent lamp caps; reflectors. BRITISH THOMSON-HOUSTON CO., Ltd. Jan. 11, 1957 [Jan. 13, 1956], No. 1246/56. Classes 39(2) and 75(2) The cap 7 into which the bulb 1 of a miniature electric incandescent lamp is cemented is extended to form a reflecting surface 9 of substantially parabolic shape with the filament 2 located at or near the focus. As shown the outer rim of the reflector is in line with the outer end of the bulb 1 and provides protection for the bulb.
