Class 75 (4) An electric lamp bulb 4 is attached to a reflector 1 for a vehicle lamp by passing it from the rear through an opening in the reflector until a collar 6 abuts directly or indirectly against a shoulder 8 of a socket 3 in said opening, and the bulb is detachably secured by a snap engagement between the collar 6 and projections 9 on the socket 3. A shade 12 may be supported around the bulb 4 by clamping a flange thereon between the collar 6 and the shoulder 8.
