Abstract
Περιγράφεται μία μέθοδος για την παρασκευή με υψηλές αποδόσεις και καθαρότητα της ένωσης 6-(7-((1-αμινοκυκλοπροπυλο)μεθοξυ)-6-μεθοξυκινολιν-4-υλοξυ)-Ν-μεθυλο-1-ναφθαμίδιο του τύπου (Ι) και των φαρμακευτικά αποδεκτών αλάτων αυτής. Η μέθοδος διαθέτει διάφορα πλεονεκτήματα έναντι των προηγουμένως περιγραφεισών, συγκεκριμένα αποφεύγει τη χρήση ενδιάμεσων ενώσεων ακυλ αζιδίου και την αναδιάταξη αυτών κατά Curtius. Περιγράφονται επίσης νέες ενδιάμεσες ενώσεις χρήσιμες για την παρασκευή της ένωσης (Ι).
