The washing machine of an embodiment includes a cabinet and a washing tub 10 (as shown in fig. 1), and the washing tub 10 of the embodiment can achieve the purpose of washing special laundry individually. In the present embodiment, a pulsator washing machine is specifically exemplified.
The washing tub 10 is disposed inside the cabinet, and the washing tub 10 is used for containing laundry and liquid such as water and laundry detergent for washing the laundry. The top of box still is provided with the cover, and the cover pivot ground sets up in the top.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the washing tub 10 includes a tub 100, a pulsator 200, and a keg 300. The vat 100 has a volume greater than the volume of the keg 300, the vat 100 having a first open end 100a and a first bottom portion 100b opposite the first open end 100 a. After the cover is opened, the laundry is thrown into the tub 100 through the first open end 100 a. The inside of the vat 100 is communicated with the drainage channel through a drainage valve, the drainage valve is controlled in an electronic control mode, the drainage valve is closed in the washing process, and the drainage valve is opened after the washing is finished to drain water in the vat 100.
Referring to fig. 4, the pulsator 200 is disposed on the first base 100b, specifically, inside the first base 100 b. A positioning post 210 is formed on a surface of the impeller 200 opposite to the first bottom 100b in a protruding manner, and the cross section of the positioning post 210 is non-circular, so that when the impeller 200 rotates, an object matched with the positioning post 210 does not slide relative to the positioning post 210.
Specifically, the positioning pillar 210 may be a spline, or the cross section of the positioning pillar 210 may be a polygon, and the positioning pillar 210 is a polygon pillar, and the outer diameter of the positioning pillar 210 may gradually decrease from the bottom to the top. For example, in the present embodiment, the cross section of the positioning column 210 is a regular pentagon, and the positioning column 210 is a regular pentagon column, so that not only can the keg 300 be mounted on the pulsator 200, but also power can be provided for the rotation of the keg 300. Of course, in other embodiments, the cross-section of the positioning column 210 may also be regular triangle, square, or hexagon.
The height of the positioning column 210 is greater than or equal to 70mm, so that the keg 300 cannot be separated from the positioning column 210 when being mounted on the wave wheel 200. For example, in the present embodiment, the height of the positioning column 210 is set to 120mm, which prevents the keg 300 from being largely eccentric during rotation.
The positioning post 210 further has a positioning hole 211, and a fastener (not shown) is inserted into the positioning hole 211 to fix the pulsator 200 on the first bottom 100b of the tub 100. Specifically, the positioning holes 211 are threaded holes and the fasteners are screws. When the washing machine is used, a user does not need to perform complex disassembly operation on the original washing machine, and only needs to replace the original impeller with the impeller 200 in the scheme.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6 together, the keg 300 has a second open end 300a and a second bottom 300b opposite the second open end 300 a. The keg 300 is detachably provided in the tub 100, and therefore, when the special laundry is required to be washed separately, the cover is opened and the keg 300 is installed in the tub 100, the special laundry is thrown into the keg 300 through the second opening end 300a to be washed separately. When it is not necessary to separately wash the special laundry, the keg 300 is removed from the tub 100. The height of the keg 300 may be less than or equal to the height of the keg 100.
The side walls 300c of the keg 300 are tapered outwardly so that the diameter of the keg 300 gradually increases along the second bottom portion 300b toward the second open end 300 a. Specifically, the side wall 300c of the keg 300 can be tilted outwardly by 1.5 ° or more than 1.5 °, but the side wall 300c of the keg 300 cannot be tilted outwardly too much, preventing the keg 300 from spinning the clothes in the keg 300 during rotation. Since the sidewall 300c and the second bottom 300b of the keg 300 are isolated from the tub 100, the water in the keg 300 can only be thrown out of the second open end 300a along with the inclined sidewall 300c, flow into the tub 100, and flow out of the washing machine together with the water in the tub 100. Of course, in other embodiments, the side walls of the keg are not inclined, and the water in the tub 100 cannot enter the keg 300 and the water in the keg 300 can enter the tub 100 during the spin-drying process by providing a one-way valve on the keg 300.
The second bottom 300b is recessed toward the second opening 300a to form a groove 310 matching with the positioning post 210, so that the positioning post 210 is inserted into the groove 310. Specifically, the shape of the groove 310 is the same as that of the positioning column 210, and after the positioning column is installed, the bottom of the keg 300 and the impeller 200 can be fitted together without a gap.
Or, after the second bottom 300b of the keg 300 is mounted on the positioning column 210 of the pulsator 200, a proper gap is left between the outer surface of the positioning column 210 and the sidewall of the groove 310, and then a non-slip pad (not shown) is disposed between the second bottom 300b of the keg 300 and the pulsator 200, so that the friction between the keg 300 and the pulsator 200 can be enhanced, the mounting reliability can be enhanced, and the keg 300 can be prevented from being separated from the pulsator 200 during the rotation process.
Specifically, the non-slip mat is a non-slip rubber mat. After the small barrels 300 with the anti-skid rubber pads are placed on the impeller 200, the anti-skid rubber pads are completely contacted with the impeller 200 and certain extrusion force is guaranteed, and gaps are reserved between the small barrels 300 and the impeller 200 in the direction of the positioning column 210 so as to guarantee that the phenomenon of loose contact caused by contact in advance can not occur in the process that the anti-skid rubber pads are extruded and deformed.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4 again, a water-dispersing rib 220 with a certain height is formed on a surface of the pulsator 200 opposite to the first base 100 b. Referring to fig. 5 and 6, a receiving groove 320 matched with the water-stirring rib 220 is formed in a concave manner on a surface of the second bottom 300b of the small bucket 300 facing the pulsator 200. The water stirring rib 220 extends along the radius direction of the impeller 200, and the length of the water stirring rib 220 is larger than or equal to the radius of the small bucket 300.
Referring to fig. 2 and 6, a plurality of ribs 330 are formed on the side wall 300c of the keg 300, the plurality of ribs 330 are arranged at intervals along the radial direction of the side wall 300c of the keg 300, and a single rib 330 extends along the axial direction of the side wall 300c of the keg 300, so that the effects of reinforcing the keg wall, stirring water, increasing the friction force between the keg 300 and the clothes, fixing the clothes during dehydration, and enhancing the dehydration effect can be achieved.
The keg 300 in this embodiment is convenient to install, and when in use, the groove 310 of the keg 300 is only required to be aligned with the positioning column 210 of the wave wheel 200 and then placed downwards. For disassembly, keg 300 is moved upward until disengaging groove 310 disengages locating post 210.
Of course, in other embodiments, the keg 300 can also be integrally formed with the pulsator 200, the second bottom part 300b of the keg 300 is positioned on the pulsator 200, and the pulsator 200 is detachably disposed on the first bottom part 100b of the tub 100. For example, the pulsator 200 is detachably disposed at the first bottom 100b of the tub 100 by a fastening member (e.g., a screw) or by a snap-fit manner. The diameter of the impeller 200 is larger than the outer diameter of the keg 300. The original impeller 200 can be quickly detached from the first bottom part 100b of the big barrel 100 by utilizing the quick-change impeller, and then the small barrel 300 and the impeller 200 which are integrally formed are replaced.
In the present embodiment, the keg 300 and the tub 100 are respectively provided with a separate power structure and a separate washing program, so that the tub 100 of the original washing machine does not need to be operated during the separate operation of the keg 300, thereby achieving the purpose of energy saving. Specifically, the washing machine further comprises a first power mechanism, a first control device, a second power mechanism and a second control device, wherein the first control device controls the first power mechanism to drive the big barrel 100 to rotate, the second control device controls the second power mechanism to drive the small barrel 300 to rotate, and the first power mechanism and the second power mechanism can be mutually independent.
For example, in order to realize that the keg 300 operates independently of the tub 100, the washing machine uses a direct drive mode, and designs a washing program of the washing machine, a separate button is provided, after a user selects the washing program of the keg 300 by using the button, the washing machine is the same as a common program during washing, a clutch does not operate during dehydration, the tub 100 of the washing machine does not operate, only a washing shaft drives the pulsator 200 and the keg 300 mounted on the pulsator 200 to operate at a high speed to achieve the purpose of dehydration, so that when the keg 300 is used for washing small clothes independently, the tub 100 of the washing machine does not operate, a large amount of electric energy is saved, and the purpose of saving water and electricity is achieved.
Of course, in other embodiments, the same set of power structures and controls for keg 300 and vat 100 may be used to accomplish the purpose of washing keg 300 simultaneously with vat 100.
The washing machine and the washing tub 10 thereof have at least the following advantages:
in the scheme, an independent small bucket 300 is arranged in the large bucket 100, the small bucket 300 can be arranged in the large bucket 100 in a mode that a positioning column 210 is matched with a groove 310 or in a mode of being integrally formed with the impeller 200 to form a bucket-in-bucket structure, in the washing process, special clothes can be placed in the small bucket 300, water in the large bucket 100 cannot enter the small bucket 300, the water in the small bucket 300 is thrown into the large bucket 100 from the inclined side wall of the small bucket 300 in the spin-drying process and flows out along with the water in the large bucket 100, and the purpose of independently washing the special clothes is achieved; if special clothes do not need to be washed, the small barrel 300 can be disassembled from the large barrel 100, and the positioning column 210 and the groove 310 can be assembled simply and quickly.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
