The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
The washing machine of an embodiment includes a cabinet and a washing tub 10 (as shown in fig. 1), and the washing tub 10 of the embodiment can achieve the purpose of washing special laundry individually. In the present embodiment, a pulsator washing machine will be specifically described as an example.
The washing tub 10 is disposed inside the cabinet, and the washing tub 10 is used for containing laundry, water for washing laundry, liquid laundry detergent, and the like. The top of the box body is also provided with an organic cover which can be pivoted on the top.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3 together, the washing tub 10 includes a tub 100, a pulsator 200, and a tub 300. The volume of the tub 100 is greater than the volume of the tub 300, and the tub 100 has a first open end 100a and a first bottom 100b opposite the first open end 100 a. After the opening cover is opened, laundry is thrown into the tub 100 through the first open end 100 a. The inside of the tub 100 is connected to the drain passage through a drain valve, which is controlled by an electronic control manner, and is closed during the washing process, and opened after the washing is completed, to drain the water in the tub 100.
Referring to fig. 4, the pulsator 200 is disposed on the first bottom portion 100b, and is specifically located inside the first bottom portion 100b. The surface of the pulsator 200 opposite to the first bottom 100b protrudes to form a positioning column 210, and the cross section of the positioning column 210 is non-circular, so that when the pulsator 200 rotates, an object matched with the positioning column 210 does not slide relative to the positioning column 210.
Specifically, the positioning post 210 may be a spline, or the cross section of the positioning post 210 may be a polygon, and the outer diameter of the positioning post 210 may gradually decrease from bottom to top. For example, in the present embodiment, the cross section of the positioning column 210 is a regular pentagon, and the positioning column 210 is a regular pentagon column, so that the keg 300 can be mounted on the pulsator 200, and the rotation of the keg 300 can be powered. Of course, in other embodiments, the cross-section of the positioning post 210 may also be regular triangle, square, regular hexagon, or the like.
The height of the positioning column 210 is greater than or equal to 70mm, so that the small barrel 300 is not separated from the positioning column 210 when being mounted on the pulsator 200. For example, in the present embodiment, the height of the positioning column 210 is set to 120mm, preventing the keg 300 from being significantly eccentric during rotation.
The positioning column 210 is further provided with a positioning hole 211, and a fastener (not shown) is inserted into the positioning hole 211 to set the pulsator 200 on the first bottom 100b of the vat 100. Specifically, the positioning hole 211 is a threaded hole, and the fastener is a screw. In the use process, a user does not need to carry out complex disassembly operation on the original washing machine, and only needs to replace the original pulsator with the pulsator 200.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the keg 300 has a second open end 300a and a second bottom portion 300b opposite the second open end 300 a. The keg 300 is detachably provided in the large tub 100, and thus, when special laundry is required to be washed alone, the cover is opened, the keg 300 is mounted in the large tub 100, and the special laundry is thrown into the keg 300 through the second open end 300a to be washed alone. When it is not necessary to wash the specific laundry alone, the keg 300 is removed from the large tub 100. The height of the keg 300 can be less than or equal to the height of the keg 100.
The sidewall 300c of the keg 300 is inclined outwardly such that the diameter of the keg 300 is increased gradually along the second bottom portion 300b in the direction of the second open end 300 a. Specifically, the sidewall 300c of the tub 300 may be inclined outwardly by 1.5 ° or more than 1.5 °, but the sidewall 300c of the tub 300 may not be inclined outwardly too much, preventing the tub 300 from throwing out laundry in the tub 300 during rotation. Since the sidewall 300c of the keg 300 is isolated from the second bottom portion 300b from the keg 100, water in the keg 300 can only be thrown out of the second open end 300a with the sloped sidewall 300c into the keg 100 and out of the washing machine with the water in the keg 100. Of course, in other embodiments, the side wall of the keg may not be inclined, and by providing a one-way valve on the keg 300, water in the keg 100 cannot enter the keg 300, and water in the keg 300 can enter the keg 100 during the spin-drying process.
The second bottom 300b is recessed toward the second opening end 300a to form a recess 310 matching the positioning post 210, so that the positioning post 210 is embedded in the recess 310. Specifically, the shape of the groove 310 is the same as the shape of the positioning column 210, and after the installation, the bottom of the keg 300 and the pulsator 200 can be engaged without a gap.
Or, after the second bottom 300b of the keg 300 is mounted on the positioning column 210 of the pulsator 200, a proper gap is left between the outer surface of the positioning column 210 and the side wall of the groove 310, and then an anti-slip pad (not shown) is provided between the second bottom 300b of the keg 300 and the pulsator 200, so that friction between the keg 300 and the pulsator 200 can be enhanced, mounting reliability can be enhanced, and detachment of the keg 300 from the pulsator 200 during rotation can be prevented.
Specifically, the anti-slip pad is an anti-slip rubber pad. After the small barrel 300 with the anti-skid rubber pad is placed on the pulsator 200, the anti-skid rubber pad is completely contacted with the pulsator 200 and ensures a certain extrusion force, and a gap is reserved between the small barrel 300 and the pulsator 200 in the direction of the positioning column 210 so as to ensure that the phenomenon of loose contact caused by prior contact in the extrusion deformation process of the anti-skid rubber pad is avoided.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4 again, a water-repellent rib 220 with a certain height is formed on a surface of the pulsator 200 opposite to the first bottom 100b. Referring to fig. 5 and 6, a receiving groove 320 matching with the water-drawing rib 220 is concavely formed on a surface of the second bottom 300b of the keg 300 facing the pulsator 200. The water-drawing rib 220 extends along the radial direction of the pulsator 200, and the length of the water-drawing rib 220 is greater than or equal to the radius of the keg 300.
Referring to fig. 2 and 6, ribs 330 are formed on the side wall 300c of the keg 300, the number of ribs 330 is plural, the ribs 330 are arranged at intervals along the radial direction of the side wall 300c of the keg 300, and a single rib 330 extends along the axial direction of the side wall 300c of the keg 300, which can strengthen the wall of the keg, dial water, increase friction with clothes, and fix clothes during dehydration, and enhance the dehydration effect.
The keg 300 in this embodiment is convenient to install, and when in use, the notch 310 of the keg 300 is aligned with the positioning column 210 of the pulsator 200 and then placed downward. In the disassembly process, the small barrel 300 is moved upwards until the disengaging groove 310 is disengaged from the positioning column 210.
Of course, in other embodiments, the keg 300 can also be integrally formed with the pulsator 200, the second bottom portion 300b of the keg 300 is located on the pulsator 200, and the pulsator 200 is detachably disposed on the first bottom portion 100b of the keg 100. For example, the pulsator 200 is detachably provided to the first bottom 100b of the tub 100 by a fastener (e.g., a screw) or by a snap-fit manner. The pulsator 200 has a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the keg 300. The original pulsator 200 can be quickly detached from the first bottom 100b of the large tub 100 by using the quick-change pulsator, and then the integrally formed small tub 300 and the pulsator 200 can be replaced.
In particular, in the present embodiment, the small tub 300 and the large tub 100 are respectively provided with an independent power structure and a washing program, so that the large tub 100 of the original washing machine does not need to operate in the independent operation process of the small tub 300, thereby achieving the purpose of energy saving. Specifically, the washing machine further includes a first power mechanism, a first control device, a second power mechanism and a second control device, where the first control device controls the first power mechanism to drive the tub 100 to rotate, and the second control device controls the second power mechanism to drive the tub 300 to rotate, and the first power mechanism and the second power mechanism may be independent from each other.
For example, in order to realize that the tub 300 operates independently of the tub 100, the washing machine is powered by a direct-drive manner, and a separate button is provided by designing a washing program of the washing machine, after a user selects the washing program of the tub 300 by using the button, the washing machine is identical to a normal program in washing, a clutch does not operate during dehydration, the tub 100 of the washing machine does not operate, and only the washing shaft drives the pulsator 200 and the tub 300 mounted on the pulsator 200 to operate at a high speed to achieve the purpose of dehydration, so that when the tub 300 is used for independently washing small clothes, the tub 100 of the washing machine does not operate, a large amount of electric energy is saved, and the purpose of saving water and electricity is achieved.
Of course, in other embodiments, the same set of power structures and controls may be used for both keg 300 and keg 100 for the purpose of both keg 300 and keg 100 washing.
The washing machine and the washing tub 10 thereof have at least the following advantages:
in the scheme, an independent small barrel 300 is arranged in the large barrel 100, the small barrel 300 can be arranged in the large barrel 100 in a mode of matching the positioning column 210 with the groove 310 or in a mode of being integrally formed with the impeller 200, a barrel-in-barrel structure is formed, special clothes can be placed in the small barrel 300 in the washing process, water in the large barrel 100 cannot enter the small barrel 300, the water in the small barrel 300 is thrown into the large barrel 100 from the inclined side wall of the small barrel 300 when the water is dried, and flows out along with the water in the large barrel 100, so that the aim of independently washing the special clothes is fulfilled; if no special clothes need to be washed, the small barrel 300 can be detached from the large barrel 100, and the positioning column 210 and the groove 310 are assembled in a convenient and quick manner.
The above examples illustrate only a few embodiments of the invention, which are described in detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which are all within the scope of the invention.
