Thomas Joseph Aquilino, Jr. is a Article III federal judge for the United States Court of International Trade. He was nominated by President Ronald Reagan on February 25, 1985. Aquilino assumed senior status on December 10, 2004.[1]

Education

Aquilino earned his B.A. from Drew University in 1962 and his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in 1969.[1]

Aquilino served in the United States Army from 1962 to 1965.[1]

Aquilino was nominated to the court by President Ronald Reagan on February 25, 1985, to a seat vacated by Judge Frederick Landis. He was confirmed by the Senate on April 3, 1985, and received his commission on April 4, 1985. He assumed senior status on December 10, 2004.[1]
