Santiago E. Campos (1926-2001) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico.

Campos was nominated by President Jimmy Carter on June 2, 1978, to a seat vacated by Harry Payne; he was confirmed by the Senate on July 10, 1978, and received commission two days later. He served as chief judge from 1987-1989. He assumed senior status on December 26, 1992, and served in that capacity until his death on January 20, 2001.[1] Campos was succeeded in this position by Martha Vazquez.
