(NASDAQ: SAMG) has announced that Silvercrest Asset Management Group LLC completed its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Cortina Asset Management, LLC, an independent asset management firm based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, managing approximately USD 1.7 billion in small cap growth equity strategies, the company said.

The region has world-class winter sports venues, ranging from the ice arenas of Milan to the well-established and iconic World Cup and World Championship destinations of Cortina, Bormio, Antholz and Val di Fiemme, it noted.
