This paper uses the theory of Heat Exchangers to estimate the relationship between the outlet and the inlet and is written in conjunction with Fluent to simulate the impact of the air conditioning system on the environment in the car. The outside environment also affects the inside of the car, and this paper experiments to obtain outlet environment data and set it as the boundary conditions. The thermal comfort index in this paper will use experimental parameters to compute the results and analyze the results of the data to address people's requirements for the quality of the driving environment and provide a better driving environment.

Η παρούσα εργασία έθεσε ως στόχο της την περιγραφή και την ανάλυση των σχέσεων των εκπαιδευτικών και των γονέων των μαθητών/τριών. Στο πρώτο μέρος της, η εργασία καταγράφει ορισμένες από τις έρευνες και τις μελέτες που σχετίζονται με το ζήτημα, ενώ στη συνέχεια γίνεται αναλυτική παρουσίαση της μεθοδολογίας που ακολουθήθηκε. Στο τρίτο μέρος παρουσιάζονται τα δεδομένα, τα οποία προέκυψαν για τις σχέσεις γονέων– εκπαιδευτικών στα σχολεία της μελέτης περίπτωσης, η ανάλυση των οποίων φανερώνει ότι, παρά την ομοφωνία σχετικά με την αναγκαιότητα της καλής συνεργασίας, υπάρχουν-για μια σειρά από θέματα- διαφορετικές προσεγγίσεις και αντιλήψεις, οι οποίες αποτελούν εστίες εντάσεων και διαμαχών.

Detailed research into the European Union's ongoing decision-making mechanism shows that among the EU institutions, only the well-established elite of the Commission's Directorates-General play a role, which, through the mediation of the Commission's Legal Service, governs the EU intertwined with the narrow judicial elite of the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg. The EP will only be given a meaningful role at the beginning of the new term of the European Commission, insofar as only with its majority vote can the mandate of the President of the new Commission begin, but after that it will only become a public arena for rowdy debates without any real decision-making role. Even the codecision role achieved in recent decades is not really meaningful, because research has shown that the Commission, or indeed the directorate-general elite behind it on its behalf, uses the monopoly on proposals to draw up regulations and directives in order to subsequently codify normatives already established in the case-by-case decisions of judges in Luxembourg. Thus, neither national ministers nor MEPs have much room for manoeuvre here. Even the powerful Council of Heads of State or Government no longer has a say in the ongoing EU decision-making mechanisms, but can only come to the fore in decisions requiring unanimity, which is slowly becoming exceptional. Thus, within the apparatus of about 25,000 of the 33 Directorates-General, the few hundred top bureaucrats who have led them for many years determine the EU's progress, intertwined through the Legal Service with a handful of groups of Luxembourg's narrow judicial elite or, more frankly, oligarchy. As it will be seen below, several heads of the Legal Service previously acted personally in Luxembourg as referendaries for Luxembourg judges, connecting the apparatus-oligarchy of the Directorate-General of the Commission in Brussels with the judicial oligarchy in Luxembourg through a „revolving door”.

The origins of geomagnetism, to the present day, are not sufficiently well explained. The various theories already presented, for more than a century, none of them attend to all geomagnetic phenomena and behaviors observed in time, whether in units of seconds (s); of hours (h); of days (d); years (a); centuries (100 years); millennia (ka) or millions of years (Ma). The most scientifically accepted theory is the one presented on November 15, 1919, by Joseph Larmorthat of the geodynamo, which would also justify solar magnetism and which, under no circumstances, justifies all the geomagnetic behaviors already verified experimentally. For lack of a better theory, this one has been accepted, until a better one appears on the scientific scene. The dynamo theory was also proposed by the German-born American physicist Walter M. Elsasser and the British geophysicist Edward Bullard in the mid-20th century. The present work will critically discuss the main published theories to justify the spectacular and mysterious appearance of the terrestrial magnetic field that, certainly, would justify, in the same way, the magnetic field existing in other celestial bodies.

The work of vallenato singer-songwriter Máximo Jiménez remains more relevant than ever. His songs have a testimonial and literary value that contributes to the construction of a plural narrative of Colombia and, therefore, also allows questioning the hegemonic narratives of our national mythology around the political conflict, to the extent that it concretizes the collective will of the peasantry to remember and remember their organizational processes as an aggregation, as well as to confront problems such as agrarian reform, political violence, gamonalism, state inertia and abandonment, and unequal land tenure, especially in the departments of Córdoba and Sucre since the end of the 1960s in the context of the demands of the association known as the Asociación Nacional de Usuarios Campesinos (ANUC). Contrary to what some thinkers such as Walter Ong assert about oral cultures, Máximo Jiménez's music is critically and historically sensitive to Colombian politics and its power practices, as well as to the geopolitical and international panorama of the time. To that extent, this paper performs a socio-critical analysis of Máximo Jiménez's songs, particularly focusing on his way of understanding the notion of the People and the way in which his songs establish a relationship between his texts and the social events that circulate around him, as well as on the way in which his songs establish a relationship between his texts and the social events of the time.
