一种360度发光的散热LED灯,包括球形灯罩(2)、灯头(1)、电路板(3),所述灯头(1)和灯罩(2)之间设有铝散热板(4),所述灯罩(2)和铝散热板(4)连接使其成为密封腔体,绝缘导线穿过铝散热板(4)连接所述灯头(1)与电路板(3),所述电路板(3)上设有若干个半圆形基片(5),基片(5)均匀分布形成球形,内部呈一空腔结构,基片(5)外侧贴装有若干LED光源(6),基片(5)内侧设有散热片(8),散热片(8)上有若干通孔(9)。球形灯罩(2)以及球形分布的基片(5)使LED光源(6)散发的光亮呈360度发散,照亮范围广,并且铝散热板(4)和散热片(8)使整个LED产生的热散发到空气中,并且,散热片(8)上的通孔大大增加了散热的面积。整体能进行360度发光,并且散热效果良好。
Description
本实用新型涉及照明技术领域,尤其是一种使用寿命长并且能够全方位进行照明的LED灯。
LED作为一种新兴的半导体发光元件,具有体积小、耗能少、寿命长的特点,被广泛应用于各种照明领域,中国专利授权公告号为CN202382045的专利提供一种LED灯,该LED灯有节能环保、寿命长,可以调光,能够360度发光的优点。其灯芯为一组(根)或多组(根)基片,每组基片由一颗或多颗基片组成,每个基片上装有一颗或多颗LED的贴片灯珠或LED的COB灯珠,这样能够使发光均匀。但该专利提供的LED的360度发光存在缺陷,较多的LED灯珠散热都聚集在灯体内部,这使得该LED灯的散热效果不是很理想,进而会导致LED灯的使用寿命减少。
以上缺陷,值得改进。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有的技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种360度发光的散热LED灯。
本实用新型技术方案如下所述:
一种360度发光的散热LED灯,包括球形灯罩、灯头、电路板,其特征在于,所述灯头和灯罩之间设有铝散热板,所述灯罩和铝散热板连接使其成为密封腔体,绝缘导线穿过铝散热板连接所述灯头与电
路板,所述电路板上设有若干个半圆形基片,基片均匀分布形成球形,内部呈一空腔结构,基片外侧贴装有若干LED光源,基片内侧设有散热片,散热片上有若干通孔。
根据上述结构的本实用新型,其有益效果在于,本使用新型中球形的灯罩和球形分布的基片,使设置于其上的LED发光光源发射出的光线呈球形发射,达到360度发光的效果,使一般情况下因灯头遮挡而呈现阴影的部分也能被光亮覆盖。另外,铝散热板和散热片的设计保证电路板和LED光源散发的热量能够充分散发,散热片上增加的若干通孔大大增加了散热片的散热面积,使散热效果达到最优。

如图1所示,一种360度发光的散热LED灯,在现有LED灯的基础上增加了散热层,并且单一的条形发光源改为能够360度全方位发光的球形发光光源,这使LED光源散发的光亮能进行360度的照射,并且能够将整个LED灯产生的热量进行散发,具体的结构为:
本实用新型提供的360度发光的散热LED灯,包括球形灯罩2、
灯头1、电路板3,灯头1和球形灯罩2之间设有铝散热板4,球形灯罩2和铝散热板4连接使其成为密封腔体,绝缘导线7穿过铝散热板4连接灯头1与电路板3,电路板3上设有若干个半圆形基片5,基片5均匀分布形成球形,内部呈一空腔结构,基片5外侧贴装有若干LED光源6,基片5内侧设有散热片8,散热片8上有若干通孔9。
连接电源之后灯头1将电量通过绝缘导线7传递给电路板3,这样连接电路板3的基片5上的LED光源6得到电量,灯亮。整体球形的设计,使灯亮后360度范围的地方都被光亮照亮。
铝散热板4和散热片8将绝缘导线7、电路板3和球形灯罩2内光强产生的热量吸收并散发到空气当中,而通孔9大大增加了散热片8的散热面积,避免整个LED灯因温度过高而造成的损害,增加了LED灯的使用寿命。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本实用新型所附权利要求的保护范围。
上面结合附图对本实用新型专利进行了示例性的描述,显然本实用新型专利的实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本实用新型专利的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种改进,或未经改进将本实用新型专利的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本实用新型的保护范围内。
