Description
本实用新型涉及照明技术领域,尤其是一种能够有效增加光强,提高亮度,且能进行良好散热的LED灯。
LED作为一种新兴的半导体发光元件,具有体积小、耗能少、寿命长的特点,被广泛应用于各种照明领域,中国专利授权公告号为CN 203010321的专利提供一种LED灯,该LED灯有亮度高和亮度均匀的优点。其通过圆柱形折光体的设计使LED光源发出的光经折光体折射到外壳上,使得灯泡整体亮度更高、更均匀。但该专利提供的LED的亮度效果不是很理想,折光体设在LED灯的光源上,只能对光源上端部分发出的光亮有增强效果,没有对其他部分的光亮进行增强。在增加光强的同时产生了大量的热,但是该LED灯没有有效散热的装置,这使LED灯的整体寿命减少。因此,该LED灯的以上两点的缺陷值得改进。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有的技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种高亮度的散热LED灯。
本实用新型技术方案如下所述:
一种高亮度的散热LED灯,包括灯罩、灯头、LED光源、电路板,LED光源设置于电路板上,LED光源和电路板均设置与灯罩内,其特征在于,所述灯头和灯罩之间设有铝散热板,所述灯罩和铝散热板连
接使其成为密封腔体,绝缘导线穿过铝散热板连接所述灯头与电路板,所述LED光源整体罩有一强光罩,所述强光罩是一个上端为圆柱,下端为半球形的空心体。
根据上述结构的本实用新型,其有益效果在于,强光罩罩在整个LED光源上将光源产生的所有光亮进行反射和折射,使光亮效果达到最佳,并且在电路板和灯头之间的铝散热板使灯罩内产生的热量散发的空气当中,减少了LED灯因散热效果不佳而产生的损坏,增加LED灯的使用寿命。

如图1所示,一种高亮度的散热LED灯,在现有LED灯的基础上增加了散热层和增强光亮的罩体,使LED光源散发的光亮有效增强之后照射出来,具体的结构为:
该LED灯包括灯罩2、灯头1、LED光源3、电路板5,LED光源3设置于电路板5上,LED光源3和电路板5均设置与灯罩2内,在灯头1和灯罩2之间设有一层铝散热板7,灯罩2和铝散热板7连接使其成为密封腔体,绝缘导线4穿过铝散热板7连接灯头1与电路板3,LED光源3整体罩有一强光罩6,强光罩6是一个上端为圆柱,下
端为半球形的空心体。
连接电源之后灯头1将电量通过绝缘导线4传递给电路板5,这样电路板上的LED光源3亮,罩于其上的强光罩6将光线进行多次反射和折射,达到强光的目的。
铝散热板7将绝缘导线4、电路板5和灯罩2内光强产生的热量吸收并散发到空气当中,避免整个LED灯因温度过高而造成的损害,增加了LED灯的使用寿命。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本实用新型所附权利要求的保护范围。
上面结合附图对本实用新型专利进行了示例性的描述,显然本实用新型专利的实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本实用新型专利的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种改进,或未经改进将本实用新型专利的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本实用新型的保护范围内。
