The other face 16b of said mosaic 16 is made concave and when depositing caesium iodide CsI as the basic material of the phosphor material layer 17, a gap 18 for partitioning said layer 17 is made widely at the first stage. As the growth of a pillar crystal of CsI said gap will be narrowed and reaches to the surface of the phosphor material layer 17. Since the gap 18 can be prevented from the missing, the phosphor material layer 17 is functioned sufficiently as a block resulting in the improvement of the resolution.
