Description
(車両用前照灯)
図1は、本実施の形態に係る車両用前照灯の水平断面図である。図2は、本実施の形態に係る車両用前照灯の正面図である。なお、図2においては、一部の部品を省略してある。
第1の実施の形態に係る車両用前照灯10においては、回転リフレクタ22のブレード22aの形状が、回転軸Rを中心とする周方向に向かうにつれて、光軸Axと反射面とが成す角が変化するように捩られた形状を有している。一方、第3の実施の形態に係る車両用前照灯10においては、回転リフレクタとしてポリゴンミラーを用いており、それ以外は第1の実施の形態と実質的な違いはない。したがって、以下の説明においては、回転リフレクタについて詳述し、第1の実施の形態と同じ構成については同じ符号を付して説明を適宜省略する。
Claims (5)
- 光源と、
光源から出射した光を反射しながら回転軸を中心に一方向に回転する回転リフレクタと、を備え、
前記回転リフレクタは、
回転しながら反射した光源の光を走査することで所望の配光パターンを形成するように反射面が設けられており、
前記光源は、
主として水平線より下方の範囲を照射する第1の配光パターンを形成する際に点灯する第1の発光部と、
少なくとも水平線より上方の範囲を照射する第2の配光パターンを形成する際に点灯する第2の発光部と、
前記第1の配光パターンを形成する際に水平線近傍の自車線側カットオフラインを構成する光を発する第3の発光部と、を有し、
前記第3の発光部は、前記第1の発光部と前記第2の発光部との間の領域に配置されていることを特徴とする光学ユニット。 - 前記第1の発光部は、複数の第1の発光素子が所定方向に沿ってジグザグに配置されており、
前記第1の発光素子は、矩形の発光面を有し、該矩形の一辺が前記所定方向に沿うように配置されており、
前記第2の発光部は、複数の第2の発光素子が前記所定方向に沿ってジグザグに配置されており、
前記第2の発光素子は、矩形の発光面を有し、該矩形の一辺が前記所定方向に沿うように配置されており、
前記第3の発光部は、前記第1の発光素子と前記第2の発光素子の間に配置された第3の発光素子を有し、該第3の発光素子の矩形の発光面の一辺が前記所定方向に沿うように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学ユニット。 - 前記第1の配光パターンを形成する際の前記第3の発光部の点灯時間が前記第1の発光部の点灯時間よりも短くなるように、前記光源の点灯状態を制御する制御部を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の光学ユニット。
- 前記第1の発光部は、前記第2の配光パターンを形成する際に点灯することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の光学ユニット。
- 前記回転リフレクタで反射された光を光学ユニットの光照射方向に投影する投影レンズを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の光学ユニット。
