Description
図1を参照して、本発明の第1の実施の形態に係る冷却装置を含む、ハイブリッド車両全体の制御ブロック図を説明する。なお、本発明は図1に示すハイブリッド車両に限定されない。本発明は、動力源としての、たとえばガソリンエンジン等の内燃機関(以下、エンジンとして説明する)が、車両を走行させる駆動源(走行源)であって、かつ、ジェネレータの駆動源であればよい。さらに、駆動源がエンジンおよびモータジェネレータであって、モータジェネレータの動力により走行可能な車両であればよく(エンジンを停止させても停止させなくても)、走行用のバッテリを搭載した他の態様を有するハイブリッド車両であってもよい(いわゆるシリーズ型やパラレル型等のハイブリッド車両に限定されない)。本実施の形態にか係る冷却装置の冷却対象は、走行用のバッテリであるが、本発明は、これに限定されない。冷却対象は、蓄電機構としてのキャパシタ、PCU等の電気機器であればよく、走行用のバッテリに限定されるものではない。
図8を参照して、本発明の第2の実施の形態に係る冷却装置について説明する。なお、本実施の形態においては、前述の第1の実施の形態と、図1−5については同じ構成を有する。このため、これらについての詳細な説明はここでは繰り返さない。さらに、図8に示す上面図において、前述の図7と同じ構成については同じ参照符号を付してある。それらの機能も同じである。したがって、これらについての詳細な説明はここでは繰り返さない。
図9を参照して、本発明の第3の実施の形態に係る冷却装置について説明する。なお、本実施の形態においては、第2の実施の形態と同様に、前述の第1の実施の形態と、図1−5については同じ構成を有する。このため、これらについての詳細な説明はここでは繰り返さない。さらに、図9に示す上面図において、前述の図7と同じ構成については同じ参照符号を付してある。それらの機能も同じである。したがって、これらについての詳細な説明はここでは繰り返さない。
Claims (4)
- 車両に搭載された電気機器を冷却する冷却装置であって、
前記冷却装置は、
前記電気機器が収納された筐体に空気を導入する吸気ダクトと、
前記筐体から空気を排出する排気ダクトと、
前記排気ダクトの途中に設けられる吸込型のファンとを含み、
フロアパネル上には、第1のクロスメンバと、前記第1のクロスメンバよりも車両後方側に配置される第2のクロスメンバと、フロアパネルとフロアカーペットとの間に設けられ、前記第2のクロスメンバ上に配置される第1の緩衝材と、フロアパネルとフロアカーペットとの間に設けられ、前記第2のクロスメンバおよび前記第1の緩衝材よりも車両後方側に配置される第2の緩衝材とが設けられ、
フロアパネルとフロアカーペットとの間には、前記第1のクロスメンバと、前記第2のクロスメンバおよび前記第1の緩衝材とにより区画された閉空間が形成され、
前記ファンは、前記第1のクロスメンバと前記第2のクロスメンバとの間に配置され、前記排気ダクトは、前記閉空間に前記筐体からの空気を排出し、
前記第1の緩衝材および前記第2の緩衝材には、前記閉空間に開口し、前記第1の緩衝材と前記第2の緩衝材との間で連通するように形成され、前記筐体から排出された空気が流通する流路が形成される、冷却装置。 - 前記第1の緩衝材および前記第2の緩衝材には、前記筐体から排出された空気が流通する複数の前記流路が形成される、請求項1に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記第1の緩衝材および前記第2の緩衝材には、前記筐体から排出された空気が流通し、前記第2の緩衝材の内部で分岐し、複数の排出口を有する前記流路が形成される、請求項1に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記流路は、湾曲した形状を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の冷却装置。
