Abstract
Description
(a)好ましくは4~12個の炭素原子を有する、共役ジエンモノマーを重合させることによって得られる、各種のホモポリマー;
(b)1種又は複数の共役ジエンを相互に、又は1種又は複数の好ましくは8~20個の炭素原子を有するビニル芳香族化合物と、共重合させることによって得られる、各種のコポリマー。
Z-A-Sx-A-Z (I)
式中:
- xは、2~8の整数(好ましくは2~5)であり;
- Aは、二価の炭化水素基(好ましくは、C1~C18アルキレン基又はC6~C12アリーレン基、より特にはC1~C10、特にはC1~C4のアルキレン、特にはプロピレン)であり;
- Zは、次の式の一つに相当し:

- R1基(非置換であっても、置換されていてもよく、そして相互に同じであっても異なっていてもよい)は、C1~C18アルキル、C5~C18シクロアルキル、又はC6~C18アリール基(好ましくは、C1~C6アルキル、シクロヘキシル、又はフェニル基、特にはC1~C4アルキル基、より特にはメチル、エチル、又はその両方)を表し、

- TgDSCが、20℃より高(たとえば、20℃~100℃の間)、好ましくは30℃より高(たとえば、30℃~100℃の間)、より好ましくは40℃より高(たとえば、40℃~100℃の間);
- 数平均分子量(Mn)が、400~2000g/molの間(より好ましくは、500~1500g/molの間);
- 多分散性指数(PI)が、3未満、より好ましくは2未満(注:PI=Mw/Mn、ここでMwは、質量平均分子量)。
- 第一のステージ(「非製造」ステージ)において、ミキサーの中で、エラストマーマトリックスたとえば、ジエンエラストマー、補強性充填剤、可塑化剤を均質混合するが、そのすべてを、(たとえば、1段又は複数のステップで)熱機械的に混練して、110℃~190℃の間の最高温度に到達させる;
- その配合した混合物を冷却して、100℃未満の温度とする;
- 次いで、第二のステージ(「製造」ステージと呼ばれる)において、架橋系を組み入れる;
- すべてを混練して、110℃未満の最高温度とする;
- そのようにして得られたゴム組成物を、押出成形又はカレンダー成形して、特には、タイヤトレッドの形態とする。
Claims (18)
- ゴム組成物であって、少なくとも
- エラストマーマトリックス;
- 補強性無機充填剤を含む補強性充填剤;及び
- 炭化水素樹脂を含む可塑化剤、並びに植物油及び少なくとも1種のシラン官能基を担持する液状ジエンポリマーを含む液状可塑剤;
をベースとして含み、
ここで、炭化水素樹脂の量(単位、phr)が、前記液状ジエンポリマーの量よりも多く;
植物油の量(単位、phr)が、前記液状ジエンポリマーの量(単位、phr)の1/3よりも多い、
ゴム組成物。 - 前記エラストマーマトリックスが、少なくとも1種のSiOR官能基であって、Rは水素原子又は炭化水素基である、SiOR官能基を担持する、少なくとも1種の第一のジエンエラストマーを含む、請求項1に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記第一のジエンエラストマーが、スチレン-ブタジエンコポリマーである、請求項2に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記補強性無機充填剤の量が、90phrよりも多い、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記補強性無機充填剤が、シリカを主として含む、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記補強性充填剤が、10phr未満のカーボンブラックをさらに含む、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記液状ジエンポリマーの量が、多くとも25phrである、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記液状ジエンポリマーが、-60℃より低いガラス転移温度を有する、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記液状ジエンポリマーが、6000g/mol未満の数平均モル質量を有する、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記液状ジエンポリマーが、1,2-ビニル、1,4-トランス、及び1,4-シスであるモノマー単位から誘導される1,3-ブタジエンを含み、前記液状ジエンポリマーの中に存在するモノマー単位から誘導される前記1,3-ブタジエン全体の中の1,2-ビニルの比率が、40mol%未満であり、前記液状ジエンポリマーの中に存在するモノマー単位から誘導される前記1,3-ブタジエン全体の中の1,4-トランス及び1,4-シスを合計した比率が、60mol%より大である、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記液状ジエンポリマーが、液状ポリブタジエンである、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記植物油の量が、5phrよりも多い、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記植物油が、アマニ油、サフラワー油、ダイズ油、トウモロコシ油、綿実油、カブ種油、ヒマシ油、キリ油、パイン油、ヒマワリ油、パーム油、オリーブ油、ヤシ油、落花生油、ブドウ種子油、及びそれらの組合せからなる群より選択される、請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記炭化水素樹脂の量が、10phrよりも多い、請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記炭化水素樹脂の量(単位、phr)が、前記植物油の量よりも多い、請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記炭化水素樹脂の量(単位、phr)が、前記植物油と前記液状ポリマーとを合計した量(単位、phr)よりも多い、請求項1~15のいずれか1項に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記炭化水素樹脂が、シクロペンタジエンホモポリマー若しくはコポリマー樹脂、ジシクロペンタジエンホモポリマー若しくはコポリマー樹脂、テルペンホモポリマー若しくはコポリマー樹脂、C5留分ホモポリマー若しくはコポリマー樹脂、C9留分ホモポリマー若しくはコポリマー樹脂、アルファ-メチルスチレンホモポリマー若しくはコポリマー樹脂、及びそれらの組合せからなる群より選択される、請求項1~16のいずれか1項に記載のゴム組成物。
