- 前記第1発光層は、パターン化されず、かつ、青色光を発光するために構築され、また、前記第2発光層は、前記第1発光層上にパターン化され、かつ、黄色(緑赤色)光を発光するために構築されることを特徴とする請求項2記載のフルカラー・アクティブ・マトリクス有機発光ディスプレイ。
- 前記少なくとも3つの原色ゾーンのうちの前記2つのゾーンは、1組の長波長透過カラー・フィルタおよび短波長透過カラー・フィルタを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のフルカラー・アクティブ・マトリクス有機発光ディスプレイ。
- 前記有機発光装置のそれぞれによって発光された前記光は、前記3つの原色に第4の色を加えた波長領域を含み、前記カラー・フィルタの各ピクセルは、前記3つの原色のゾーン、および、前記有機発光装置のそれぞれによって発光された前記第4の色に対応する第4の色のゾーンを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のフルカラー・アクティブ・マトリクス有機発光ディスプレイ。

- 前記有機発光装置のアレイの前記有機発光装置のそれぞれは、前記第2発光帯域を発光するために設計された第1発光層、および、前記第1発光層上にパターン化され、かつ、前記第1発光帯域を発光するために設計された第2発光層を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のフルカラー・アクティブ・マトリクス有機発光ディスプレイ。
- 前記3つの原色は、赤色、緑色、および青色であり、前記第2発光帯域は、約400nmから500nmの範囲に広がり、前記第1発光帯域は、約500nmから700nmの範囲に広がることを特徴とする請求項13記載のフルカラー・アクティブ・マトリクス有機発光ディスプレイ。
