Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 板状の電解槽の内部に取り付けられて充電および放電が可能な電極集合体と、
前記電解槽の対向端部から突出する負極端子および陽極端子と、を備え、
前記電極端子はバッテリセルの平面上にある縦方向の中央軸線に対して互いにずれており、
前記電極端子は対称に配置され、
前記電解槽は上側ケースおよび下側ケースを有しており、かつその一方に前記電極集合体を受け入れるための格納部分を有しており、
前記電極端子は前記上側ケースあるいは下側ケースのうち前記バッテリセルの縦断面に格納部分を有していない方に向かってずれていることを特徴とする電池 - 前記電池は、金属層およびレジン層を含むラミネート構造に製作された電解槽を有するパウチ型の電池であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記電解槽は、
単一ユニットの折り曲げタイプ部材の上部内側表面あるいは下部内側表面に形成された格納部分に電極集合体が受け入れられて、上下の接触領域がシールされている構造、あるいは、
2つのユニット部材の上部内側表面あるいは下部内側表面に形成された格納部分に電極集合体が受け入れられて、上下の接触領域がシールされている構造、
のいずれかの構造であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池。 - 前記電極端子は、前記電池の長軸上で対向端部に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記電極端子は、バッテリセルの中央軸線から完全にオフセットするようにずれていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記電極端子は、バッテリセルの幅の2分の1よりも狭い幅を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記電極端子が格納部分を持たない電解槽表面と接触しあるいは格納部分を持たない電解槽表面に隣接する位置に形成されるように、前記電極端子が完全にずれていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載されている電池を複数の素電池として備えることを特徴とする電池モジュール。
- 素電池が横方向にだけ配置されるN×1配列の横配置構造(平面配置構造)で2つ以上の素電池が配置され、あるいは素電池が横方向および厚み方向に配置されるN×n配列の三次元配置構造で2つ以上の素電池が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。
- 電気的に接続される2つの素電池の電極端子が互いに隣接するように素電池を配置することによって、前記横配置構造および前記三次元配置構造における素電池の横方向の配置が達成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の電池モジュール。
- 2つの素電池の格納部分を持たない電解槽の表面が互いに対向し、同時に2つの素電池の互いに電気的に接続される電極端子が互いに間隔を開けて配置されるように、素電池を配置することによって、前記三次元配置構造における素電池の厚み方向の配置が達成されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の電池モジュール。
- ずれている電極端子が段差を有したブスバーによって互いに電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池モジュールは層状構造に製作された一体なフレームを有し、
前記フレームには複数の収容部分が設けられ、
横方向に配置された2つ以上の素電池および厚み方向に配置された2つ以上の素電池を具備した素電池グループを前記収容部分の内部に装着できることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記素電池グループの前記収容部分の内部への装填がスライドさせる方法で実行されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記収容部分は、その組み立ておよび分解が可能な構造に製作されていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の単位電池。
