TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a whitening dentifrice composition containing a polyphosphate, and more particularly, to a whitening dentifrice composition having an excellent tooth stain removing effect and a good feeling in use.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, it is known that a linear water-soluble polyphosphate such as sodium pyrophosphate is used as a whitening dentifrice component for removing tooth stains (for example, see Patent Documents 1 to 3). However, the dentifrice composition containing such a water-soluble polyphosphate has a problem that the feeling of use such as taste is poor, but at present, it has not been sufficiently studied about the feeling of use. . For this reason, there has been a demand for the development of a technology that can improve the feeling of use of the water-soluble polyphosphate-containing dentifrice composition.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a whitening dentifrice composition having an excellent tooth stain removing effect and a good feeling in use.
[0005]
Means for Solving the Problems and Embodiments of the Invention
As a result of intensive studies to achieve the above object, the present inventors have found that an alkyl sulfate and polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil are added to a dentifrice composition containing 0.3 to 10% by mass of a water-soluble polyphosphate. It has been found that by blending alkyl sulfate / polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil at a ratio of 1 or less (mass ratio), an excellent tooth stain removing effect is exhibited and a good feeling of use is obtained.
[0006]
That is, oral compositions containing a polyphosphate are known, for example, as described in Patent Documents 1 to 9, and the like. However, the whitening dentifrice composition of the present invention is apparent from the results of Examples described later. By combining alkyl sulfate and polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil in a specific ratio with water-soluble polyphosphate, these components surprisingly act synergistically to provide an excellent tooth stain removal effect. And has a good feeling of use.
[0007]
Therefore, the present invention relates to a dentifrice composition containing 0.3 to 10% by mass of a water-soluble polyphosphate, wherein an alkyl sulfate is blended in an amount of 0.3 to 10% by mass of the whole composition, Disclosed is a whitening dentifrice composition characterized by blending oxyethylene-hardened castor oil with alkyl sulfate / polyoxyethylene-hardened castor oil = 1 (mass ratio) or less.
[0008]
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail. It contains a water-soluble polyphosphate as a component for use and contains an alkyl sulfate and polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil.
[0009]
The linear water-soluble polyphosphate used in the dentifrice composition of the present invention has the following general formula (1)
M k H m P n O 3n + 1 (1)
(However, M represents Na or K, k + m = n + 2, k is 1 or more, m is an integer of 0 or more, and n is an integer of 2 or more.)
In the formula, sodium pyrophosphate or disodium dihydrogen pyrophosphate having a polymerization degree of n = 2, potassium pyrophosphate, sodium tripolyphosphate or potassium tripolyphosphate having n = 3, and sodium metaphosphate or potassium metaphosphate having a high polymerization degree And the like. The upper limit of n is 23, particularly preferably 8 or less, more preferably 4 or less.
These water-soluble polyphosphates can be used alone or in combination of two or more.
[0010]
The compounding amount of the water-soluble polyphosphate is preferably from 0.3 to 20% (mass percentage, the same applies hereinafter) of the whole composition, and particularly preferably from 0.5 to 10%. If the amount is less than 0.3%, an excellent tooth stain removing effect may not be obtained, and if it exceeds 20%, the taste of the composition may deteriorate.
[0011]
Next, as the alkyl sulfate, an alkali metal salt such as sodium alkyl sulfate having 8 to 16 carbon atoms in the alkyl group is preferable, and examples thereof include sodium lauryl sulfate, potassium lauryl sulfate, and sodium myristyl sulfate.
[0012]
The compounding amount of the alkyl sulfate is 0.3 to 10%, preferably 0.5 to 5% of the whole composition. If the compounding amount is too small, a sufficient stain removing effect as a whitening dentifrice composition can be obtained. If too large, the feeling of use of the composition is poor.
[0013]
As the polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil, those having an added mole number of 40 or less, particularly 5 to 30 are preferably used. If the added mole number is larger than the above value, the effect of improving the feeling of use of the dentifrice composition may not be obtained.
[0014]
The blending amount of the above polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil is preferably 0.1 to 10%, particularly preferably 0.3 to 5% of the whole composition. If the blending amount is too small, the effect of improving the feeling of use of the dentifrice composition is obtained. It may not be possible, and if it is too much, the feeling of use of the composition may be poor.
[0015]
In the present invention, the alkyl sulfate / polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil has a mass ratio of alkyl sulfate / polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil = 1 or less, preferably 0.3 to 1, more preferably 0.5 to 1 in the present invention. If the compounding ratio is larger than the above value, the effect of improving the feeling of use cannot be obtained.
[0016]
The dentifrice composition of the present invention may further contain, in addition to the above-described components, appropriate components according to the purpose, the type of dentifrice, and the like.
[0017]
For example, as a polishing agent, dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate and anhydride, monobasic calcium phosphate, tribasic calcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, calcium pyrophosphate, aluminum hydroxide, alumina, silicic anhydride, aluminum silicate, insoluble sodium metaphosphate, One or two or more of dibasic magnesium phosphate, magnesium carbonate, calcium sulfate, polymethyl methacrylate, other synthetic resins, bentonite, zirconium silicate, and the like can be blended (the blending amount is usually 15 to 90%, toothpaste 15 to 60% in the case of).
[0018]
In the case of a paste-like composition such as toothpaste or the like, cellulose derivatives such as carrageenan, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, methylcellulose, hydroxyethylcellulose, sodium carboxymethylhydroxyethylcellulose, propylene glycol alginate, xanthan gum, tragacanth gum and gum karaya as binders. And / or gums such as gum, arabic gum, etc., synthetic binders such as polyvinyl alcohol, sodium polyacrylate, carboxyvinyl polymer, polyvinylpyrrolidone, and inorganic binders such as silica gel, aluminum silica gel, veegum, laponite, etc. Can be blended (the blending amount is usually 0.3 to 5%).
[0019]
Further, in pastes or liquid dentifrices, sorbitol, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, glycerin, xylitol, maltitol, lactitol and the like as a thickener. Two or more kinds can be blended (the blending amount is usually 10 to 70%).
[0020]
Further, as the surfactant, one or more of anionic surfactants, nonionic surfactants and amphoteric surfactants other than the above alkyl sulfates and polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil are used as the surfactant of the present invention. Can be blended in a range that does not hinder the blending (the blending amount is usually 0.1 to 5%).
[0021]

[Examples and Comparative Examples]
A test whitening dentifrice containing the components shown in Table 1 was prepared, and the effect of removing colored stains on the teeth and the feeling of use were evaluated by the following methods. The results are also shown in Table 1.
[0028]
<Effect of removing colored stains on teeth>
First, the color of the untreated hydroxyapatite pellet surface was measured using a color difference meter as a reference color, and the value was designated as L0. The pellet was immersed in saliva for 30 minutes at 37 ° C., and then washed with ion-exchanged water to remove surface moisture. The following three types of immersion liquids (0.5% albumin remineralization solution, 1% black tea relime) were prepared using a remineralization solution prepared by mixing 0.74 mM of calcium ions, 2.59 mM of phosphate ions, and 50 mM of NaCl prepared in advance. Solution, 0.6% iron ammonium citrate remineralization solution), and 0.5% albumin remineralization solution → 3% Japanese tea + 1% coffee + 1% black tea remineralization solution → 0 The operation of repeatedly immersing in a 6% iron ammonium citrate remineralization solution for 1 hour was repeated 50 times. After air-drying at room temperature for one day, it was washed with running water, air-dried again, and the color of the surface of the completed colored pellet was measured.
After the surface of the colored pellet was brushed 1000 times with a toothbrush on which 1 g of the prepared preparation was placed, the surface was gently washed with running water and dried, and the color was measured again. The stain removal rate was calculated by the following formula, and the tooth whitening effect was evaluated according to the following criteria.
Colored stain removal rate (%) = (L1−L2) / (L1−L0) × 100
Evaluation criteria:
:: Removal effect is observed (removal rate 70% or more)
Δ: Slight removal effect observed (removal rate less than 70%, 40% or more)
×: Almost no removal effect was observed (removal rate less than 40%)
[0029]
<Usability>
The feeling in use in the mouth was organoleptically evaluated based on the following criteria.
:: No unpleasant taste such as salty taste, uncomfortable feeling, etc. △: Unpleasant taste such as salty taste, uncomfortable feeling, etc. ×: Unpleasant taste such as salty taste, uncomfortable feeling, etc. [0030]
<Comprehensive evaluation>
The evaluation results of two items, ie, the effect of removing the coloring stain of the teeth and the feeling of use, were evaluated based on the following criteria.
:: Both items are marked with △: ○ is one item or less and no x is found x: 1 or more items are marked with x
