687,818. Bottle, box &c. closures. EAU DE COLOGNE -& PARFUMERIEFABRIK GLOCKENGASSE No. 4711 GEGENUBER DER PFERDEPOST VON F. MULHENS. May 3, 1951 [May 24, 1950], No. 10419/51. Classes 18 and 125(iii) In sealing devices for bottles, boxes &c. closed by a screw cap or cover 10 with a sealing disc 11 the sealing disc is held in place by a retaining ring 13 pressed into the cap, overlapping the margin of the disc and lying outside the seal 9. The bottle &c. has an external screwthread 7 and two annular ribs 9 forming a seal with the disc 11. The ring 13 has an internal diameter such that it does not come into contact with the bottle neck and has peripheral teeth 15 which bear against the wall of the cap.
