Rollers and roller heads; thread guides.-In a yarn twisting-frame, each set of single yarns is carried around one or more pulleys A, which are grooved to accommodate the individual yarns and are freely mounted on axles a, as shown in Fig. 1. When ordinary flyers and dragged bobbins are employed, the pulleys A are mounted on driven axles, or a single pulley may be mounted in the water trough behind ordinary rollers as shown in Fig. 4.
