Abstract

1,258,284. Load handling pallet; container traffic container. NIPPON KOKAN K.K., and REDEIAKTIEBOLAGET HELSINGBORG. 5 Aug., 1969 [2 Oct., 1968], No. 39023/69. Headings B8H and B8Q. A collapsible box pallet has end structures 2, 3, pivotable inwardly to a collapsed condition and at least one of the end structures pivotable outwardly to act as a loading ramp for vehicles, etc. The end structures are held in the erect position by supports 8, 8<SP>1</SP>, 17, 17<SP>1</SP> pivotally mounted to respective structures and releasably connected to the base 1. The pallets may be stacked in the collapsed or the erected condition.
