Abstract

The invention relates to a system for assembling tubes, the connection being achieved by clamping of flanges on the outside of these tubes, thereby avoiding any distortion; the structure elements are therefore recoverable. The system consists of two tube sections 1 and 2 which are of identical cross-section and are joined to each other by means of two identical flanges 3 and 4 which are clamped onto the sections of tube 1 and 2 by screwing with screws 5. This system can comprise a tube made of aluminium alloy, plastic or steel. It may be of interest to various areas of activity, industry (construction of machine frames), commerce (design of shops, exhibition stands) or the building industry.
