Derivados sustituidos de ciclohexilmetilo de la fórmula general I en la que R 1 significa alquilo de C1-C8, en cada caso ramificado o sin ramificar, saturado o insaturado, sin sustituir o sustituido una vez o múltiples veces; arilo o heteroarilo, sin sustituir o sustituido una vez o múltiples veces; cicloalquilo de C3-10 saturado o insaturado, sin sustituir o sustituido una vez o múltiples veces; un radical arilo o heteroarilo unido a través de una cadena de alquilo de C1-4, en cada caso sin sustituir o sustituido una vez o múltiples veces; (CH2)mCHN-OH, (CH2)nNR 6 R 7 o (CH2)nOR 8 , representando n 0, 1, 2 ó 3 y m 0, 1 ó 2; o significa un grupo C(O)OR 9 ó CONR 10 R 11 unido a través de un grupo alquilo de C1-3, que puede ser saturado o insaturado; R 2 significa H u OH; ó R 1 y R 2 representan en común o =N-OH; R 3 significa arilo o heteroarilo, sin sustituir o sustituido una vez o múltiples veces; o significa un radical arilo unido a través de un grupo alquilo de C1-3, que puede estar sin sustituir o sustituido una vez o múltiples veces; R 4 y R 5 significan independientemente uno de otro H; alquilo de C1-3, sin sustituir, no significando R 4 y R 5 simultáneamente H, o los radicales R 4 y R 5 significan en común CH2CH2OCH2CH2, o (CH2)3-6; R 6 significa H; alquilo de C1-8, saturado o insaturado, ramificado o sin ramificar, sin sustituir o sustituido una vez o múltiples veces; arilo, heteroarilo o cicloalquilo de C3-10, en cada caso sin sustituir o sustituido una vez o múltiples veces; o un radical arilo o heteroarilo unido a través de una cadena de alquilo de C1-4, en cada caso sin sustituir o sustituido una vez o múltiples veces; R 7 significa H; alquilo de C1-8, saturado o insaturado, ramificado o sin ramificar, sin sustituir o sustituido una vez o múltiples veces; arilo, heteroarilo o cicloalquilo de C3-10, en cada caso sin sustituir o sustituido una vez o múltiples veces; o un radical arilo o heteroarilo unido a través de una cadena de alquilo de C1-4, en cada caso sin sustituir o sustituido una vez o múltiples veces; C(O)NR 10 R 11 , C(S)NR 10 R 11 , SO2R 12 o C(O)R 13 ; R 8 significa H; alquilo de C1-8, en cada caso ramificado o sin ramificar, saturado o insaturado, sin sustituir o sustituido una vez o múltiples veces; cicloalquilo de C3-10, saturado o insaturado, sin sustituir o sustituido una vez o múltiples veces; un radical arilo o heteroarilo unido a través de una cadena de alquilo de C1-4, sin sustituir o sustituido una vez o múltiples veces; R 9 significa H; alquilo de C1-8, saturado o insaturado, ramificado o sin ramificar, sin sustituir o sustituido una vez o múltiples veces; R 10 y R 11 significan independientemente uno de otro H; cicloalquilo de C3-10, saturado o insaturado, sin sustituir o sustituido una vez o múltiples veces; arilo o heteroarilo, en cada caso sin sustituir o sustituido una vez o múltiples veces; o un radical arilo o heteroarilo unido a través de una cadena de alquilo de C1-4, en cada caso sin sustituir o sustituido una vez o múltiples veces; R 12 significa arilo o heteroarilo, en cada caso sin sustituir o sustituido una vez o múltiples veces; alquilo de C1-8, en cada caso saturado o insaturado, ramificado o sin ramificar, sin sustituir o sustituido una vez o múltiples veces; cicloalquilo de C3-10, saturado o insaturado, sin sustituir o sustituido una vez o múltiples veces; o un radical arilo o heteroarilo unido a través de una cadena de alquilo de C1-3, en cada caso sin sustituir o sustituido una vez o múltiples veces; R 13 significa alquilo de C1-8, saturado o insaturado, ramificado o sin ramificar, sin sustituir o sustituido una vez o múltiples veces; cicloalquilo de C3-10, arilo o heteroarilo, en cada caso sin sustituir o sustituido una vez o múltiples veces; o un radical arilo o heteroarilo unido a través de una cadena de alquilo de C1-4, en cada caso sin sustituir o sustituido una vez o múltiples veces, pudiendo la cadena de alquilo ser ramificada o sin ramificar, y estar sin sustituir o sustituida una vez o múltiples veces; en forma del racemato; de los enantiómeros, de los diastereoisómeros, de mezclas de los enantiómeros o diastereoisómeros, o de un enantiómero o diastereoisómero individual; de las bases y/o de las sales de ácidos fisiológicamente compatibles.
