- AT 317 737 B shows a ski binding in which Heel area of the ski boot a recess and on the ski a locking elements supporting housing is provided.
- the in ski longitudinal direction slidable locking elements are with the help of detent springs biased.
- the forefoot-side locking element and the heel-side Locking elements engage in ratchet pans of the recess in Ski boot.
- the locking elements about pivoting a release lever in their slaughter. In case of overload at least one of the Locking elements and the ski boot are released from the ski.
- a ski binding in which a ski boot in the sole has a recess in the pegs are provided.
- a ski boot in the sole has a recess in the pegs are provided.
- an in Ski longitudinal direction provided linearly displaceable locking element
- heel-side locking element is provided, both displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the ski as well as on both sides Sliding link mounted pivotable perpendicular to the ski longitudinal direction is.
- the two locking elements are using a coil spring strained, between a heel-side receptacle and a forefoot-side receiving element provided is.
- the bias of the spring can be achieved with the help of a screw via a bevel gear the receiving part for the coil spring in the longitudinal direction, be adjusted.
- EP 31 570 A1 describes a ski safety binding, at the undercuts in a ski boot by Ski paragraphen Sole holders are engaged behind.
- the ski boot is located here on the top of a front binding part and on on the rear sole holder.
- the rear housing part is open a binding plate mounted movably in the longitudinal direction of the ski, wherein the rear sole holder in the housing part about a Skiparallele Transverse axis is pivotally mounted. In a rotary motion and thus when closing or opening the binding leads a Trigger axis both a transverse displacement in the longitudinal direction than also a rotation around itself. This will be a Brake or release arm firmly connected to the trigger axis pivoted.
- the object of the invention is a novel binding construction specify the type mentioned, the one possible has a simple structure and the known disadvantages avoids.
- this is achieved in that the receiving elements independent of spring loaded actuators can be acted upon by pressure from each other.
- This can be a structurally particularly simple binding organization can be achieved in which it is possible to have a non-linear tripping process set by the provision of its own adjusting device for each pickup element, separated left and right, from each other can be regulated independently. Since usually the Contact pressure in the heel area is higher than in the toe area, The heel area acts at an increased lateral load as a fulcrum, and it is therefore beneficial if the rotatable receiving elements in the toe area of the second binding part are arranged.
- the rotatable receiving element has a receiving area, the hemispherical is formed and with a projection of the first, in the sole area of the shoe arranged binding part interlocks, the projection conveniently also round, preferably hemispherical, is formed.
- the binding structure according to the invention by changing the spring pressure acting on the spring-loaded locking elements acts directly in all directions trigger proportionally.
- the adjusting devices Conveniently spangenförmig trained release resistor elements exhibit.
- a particularly simple construction results when in the Heel region displaceable a spring-loaded locking element, preferably in the ski longitudinal direction, is guided. This leaves the connection between the first and the second binding part Produce particularly easily and with little effort. In other words, that means that the spring-loaded Locking element in the direction of the heel region of the first binding member slidably guided.
- One for easy entry and for a secure fit particularly favorable embodiment of the binding construction according to the invention can be achieved in that the locking element in a recess of the first, in the sole area of the Shoe arranged binding part snaps into place, it being as has been found particularly favorable when the locking element and / or the recess have at least one inclined surface, which advantageously forms a positive connection.
- Binding construction can be provided that the first in the Sole area of the shoe arranged binding part in the toe and / or Heel area of the shoe on the winter sports equipment facing side is rounded, reducing the walking comfort conventional ski boots is considerably increased.
- the means for releasing the binding construction according to the invention may according to a preferred embodiment according to at least a hinged to the spring-loaded locking element cable include, which results in a particularly simple construction.
- a first binding part 2 in the Toe area 14 and rounded in the heel area 9, arranged.
- the first binding part 2 has a recess 31 with a Projection 13 and a recess 8 and engages with a second binding part 3, which is arranged on a winter sports device 6 is, in each other. More specifically, in the toe area 14 the projection 13 of the first binding part 2 in a receiving area 12 of the receiving element 11 of the second binding part. 3 on.
- the recess 8 Sloping surfaces 10, the different lengths and angles of inclination exhibit.
- this recess 8 is the spring-loaded Locking element 4, which also has inclined surfaces 7, engaged.
- binding construction 1 Due to the different lengths and inclination angle of the Beveled surfaces 7, 10 on the one hand the entry is facilitated and on the other hand, an undesired loosening of the binding structure 1 prevented.
- Such a binding construction 1 has less mechanical parts on than the conventional bindings and is therefore not least because of a now not necessary Binding plate overall much lighter than conventional Binding structures.
- the illustrated in Fig. 2 second binding member 3 is by means of Screws 19 firmly connected to the winter sports equipment 6.
- this has two receiving elements 11, 11 'with receiving areas 12, 12 ', which are hemispherical in shape, on.
- the Receiving elements 11, 11 ' are a spring-loaded, clasp-shaped trained trigger resistance element 16 with each other connected and are pressed by this against the spacer 15.
- each receiving element 11, 11 ' is a spring-loaded Actuator 17, 17 ', each a clasp-shaped having a trained tripping resistance element 16 ', assigned.
- a spring-loaded locking element 4 is arranged in the Heel region 9 of the shoe 5 facing the end of the second binding member 3.
- This spring-loaded locking element 4 is in the longitudinal direction of Winter sports equipment 6 slidably guided, the pressure of the Spring 18 takes place in the direction of the heel region 9 of the shoe 5.
- the means, the second binding part 3 is connected to the first binding part 2 positively and non-positively connected, these Connection occurs almost without play, resulting in higher inclinations can be driven.
- Such binding structures 1 are suitable Therefore, due to these characteristics - adjustability of the Kantings and driveability of high slopes - especially good for in Recently, the market dominated carving skis.
