wobei die erste Auftragvorrichtung (3a) und die zweite Auftragvorrichtung (3b) gegenseitig ausrichtbar oder ausgerichtet sind, so dass die erste Oberflächenbeschichtung (2a) wenigstens teilweise deckungsgleich mit der zweiten Oberflächenbeschichtung (2b) ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach den Auftragvorrichtungen (3a, 3b) eine Anordnung (7) zum beidseitigen Kaschieren der Folie (W) mit weiterem Material (Ma, Mb) angeordnet ist, womit das Material (Ma, Mb) beidseitig mittels der aufgetragenen Kunststoffmasse mit der Folie verbindbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auftragvorrichtung (3a) wenigstens eine erste Auftragdüse (5a) und ein erstes bewegbares Sieb (6a) aufweist, das zwischen der Auftragdüse (5a) und der Folie (W) oder dem Träger (Ta) angeordnet ist und das synchron mit der Folie (W) oder mit dem Träger (Ta) bewegbar ist und/oder dass die zweite Auftragvorrichtung (3b) wenigstens eine zweite Auftragdüse (5b) und ein zweites bewegbares Sieb (6b) aufweist, das zwischen der Auftragdüse (5b) und der Folie (W) oder dem Träger (Tb) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und das zweite Sieb als Siebtrommeln (6a, 6b) ausgebildet sind, die drehbar gelagert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Siebtrommeln (6a, 6b) um Achsen (A1, A2) drehbar gelagert sind, die in einer Ebene (E) senkrecht zur Folie (W) verlaufen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Siebtrommeln um Achsen (A1, A2) drehbar gelagert sind, die zueinander ausrichtbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Sieb (6a) bezüglich der Folie zum zweiten Sieb (6b) spiegelsymmetrisch ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Siebtrommeln (6a, 6b) mit einem Servomotor ausrichtbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Auftragvorrichtung (33) anstelle einer Siebtrommel eine Gravurwalze (36) mit Vertiefungen (35) zur Aufnahme des Kunststoffmaterials (K) aufweist.
