Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung einer Doppelverbindung des     Pentamethylentetrazols.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man zu neuen  Doppelverbindungen gelangen kann, wenn  man     Pentamethylentetrazol    der Formel

    mit wasserlöslichen     Calciumsalzen    umsetzt.  Es lassen sich die wasserlöslichen     Calcium-          salze    der     Halogenwasserstoffsäuren,    der     Rho-          danwasserstoffsäure,    sowie organischer Säuren,  z. B. der     Benzoesäure,    der     Salicylsäure,    von       Sulfosäuren    usw., verwenden.  



  Die erhaltenen Doppelverbindungen bilden  weisse, in Wasser und Alkohol leicht lösliche  Kristalle. Sie können zum Beispiel aus wenig  Alkohol oder einem Gemisch von Alkohol  und Äther ohne Veränderung umkristallisiert  werden, woraus ihre Einheitlichkeit hervor  geht.  



  Ein Molekül eines     Calciumsalzes    verbindet  sich im allgemeinen mit zwei Molekülen des         Pentamethylentetrazols.    Die Reaktion kann  durch Zusammenschmelzen der Bestandteile  oder auch durch Anwendung passender Lö  sungsmittel wie Alkohol, Wasser; Aceton und  dergleichen bewirkt werden. Bei Anwendung  eines Lösungsmittels setzt sie meist schon  bei gewöhnlicher Temperatur ein und kann  durch Erwärmung vervollständigt werden.  



  Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildet  die Herstellung einer Doppelverbindung aus       Pentamethylentetrazol    und     Calciumchlorid,     indem man 2     Mol        Pentamethylentetrazol    auf  1     Mol        Calciumchlorid    einwirken lässt.  



  Die neue Doppelverbindung bildet weisse  Kristalle. Sie ist sehr leicht löslich in Wasser,  Alkohol und Aceton, in Äther ist sie unlös  lich.  



  Die neue Doppelverbindung vereinigt die  wertvollen Wirkungen ihrer Bestandteile. Sie  soll zu therapeutischen Zwecken     Verwendung     finden.      <I>Beispiel:</I>       55,2    Teile     Pentamethylentetrazol    werden  in 50 Teilen Alkohol gelöst und mit einer  Lösung von 22 Teilen     Calciumchlorid    in 70  Teilen Alkohol versetzt. Nach kurzem Er  wärmen auf dem Wasserbad kristallisiert die  Doppelverbindung, bestehend aus 2     Mol-Pen-          tamethylentetrazol    und 1     Mol        Calciumohlorid     in weissen Kristallen aus.

  One molecule of a calcium salt generally combines with two molecules of pentamethylenetetrazole. The reaction can be achieved by melting the components together or by using suitable solvents such as alcohol, water; Acetone and the like can be effected. When using a solvent, it usually sets in at normal temperature and can be completed by heating.



  The present invention relates to the production of a double compound from pentamethylenetetrazole and calcium chloride by allowing 2 moles of pentamethylenetetrazole to act on 1 mole of calcium chloride.



  The new double compound forms white crystals. It is very easily soluble in water, alcohol and acetone, it is insoluble in ether.



  The new double compound combines the valuable effects of its components. It should be used for therapeutic purposes. <I> Example: </I> 55.2 parts of pentamethylenetetrazole are dissolved in 50 parts of alcohol, and a solution of 22 parts of calcium chloride in 70 parts of alcohol is added. Die neue Doppelverbindung bildet weisse Kristalle. Sie ist sehr leicht löslich in Wasser, Alkohol und Aceton ; in Äther ist sie un löslich. Die neue Doppelverbindung vereinigt die wertvollen Wirkungen ihrer Bestandteile. Sie soll zu therapeutischen Zwecken Verwendung finden.
