Abstract

Metodos para alimentar lactantes nacidos por ces rea y composiciones para administrar a dichos lactantes y en particular, uso de un producto obtenido por fermentacion de leche, suero, prote¡nas sericas, hidrolizado de prote¡nas sericas, case¡na, hidrolizado de case¡na y/o lactosa con bacterias que producen  cido l ctico. De esta forma es posible estimular una colonizacion r pida de la microbiota intestinal en dichos lactantes. Reivindicacion 1: Una composicion nutricional que comprende a) un producto derivado de la leche, donde dicho producto derivado de la leche es un sustrato basado en leche que es fermentado por bacterias productoras de  cido l ctico, donde dicho sustrato basado en leche comprende al menos uno seleccionado del grupo que consiste en leche, suero, prote¡nas sericas, hidrolizado de prote¡nas sericas, case¡na, hidrolizado de case¡na y/o lactosa; b) menos de 103 cfu de bacterias productoras de  cido l ctico por g de peso seco de la composicion; y c) al menos dos oligosac ridos no digeribles seleccionados del grupo que consiste en fructo-oligosac ridos, galacto-oligosac ridos, gluco-oligosac ridos, arabino-oligosac ridos, manano-oligosac ridos, xilo-oligosac ridos, fuco-oligosac ridos, arabinogalacto-oligosac ridos, glucomano-oligosac ridos, galactomano-oligosac ridos, oligosac ridos que comprenden  cido si lico y oligosac ridos que comprenden  cido uronico; para usar en el suministro de nutricion a un lactante nacido por ces rea.
