Neutrinos are almost big enough to see. Aside from the minor detail of not actually being able to see them.

I wouldn't call 10e-4 cm "almost big enough to see". It's a "visible in optical microscopes" size, what yes, is very surprising.

(And yes, except for the fat that they don't interact with light.)
