A little background. Use IgnisCyan had flashed a QMK default keymap to their instant60 and it would no longer talk to VIA. I gave them a replacement via keymap but then it was stuck because the eeprom was in a bad state. Adding bootmagic lite allowed them to recover their PCB themselves. |

Add bootmagic lite to instant60 to make resetting eeprom easier
Description
User was not able to reset their eeprom easily. Enable bootmagic lite to facilitate that.
@awkannan this seems to be a harmless and helpful change.
