I tried to mine and look for data in GEO Database. Reading some paper on how to analyze differential expression of RNA-seq experiment and learned how to establish pipeline for RNA-seq analysis. I was also looking for papers because I needed to know what can I do with RNA-seq data (because as we know there are so many RNA-seq experiment data scattered all over the internet and it'd be nice if we can organize it and take something meaningful from it like what we can do with meta-analysis). I also learned what is SRA and what I can do with it.
