Oocca Target Practice,[1] also known as Level 5-1,[2] is a Stage in Link's Crossbow Training. It is the first Stage in Level 5. The City in the Sky theme plays in this Stage.

Features and Overview

"Consecutive hits boost your score. Be careful not to hit the Oocca!"

Taking place in the City in the Sky, the camera swivels around to show one side and Oocca begin flying past the camera, carrying targets. The player must attempt to hit the targets without hitting the Oocca (losing points in the process). After 20 seconds, the camera swings fully around, facing the other direction. More Oocca fly past, with some carrying several targets. After 20 seconds, the camera ascends higher, then stops. An even greater concentration of Oocca fly past, with more Gold Targets than prior sections. The scarecrow is visible in the third section. Throughout the stage, Peahats can be shot, three times to destroy them. The first two shots earn one point and lower the Peahat's height (though it flies back up to the regular level if not shot soon after); the final shot defeats it.
