     Rt. Hon. Richard Brinsley Sheridan was born on 30 October 1751 at Dorset Street, Dublin, County Dublin, IrelandG.3 He was the son of Thomas Sheridan and Frances Chamberlayne.3 He married, firstly, Elizabeth Anne Linley, daughter of Thomas Linley and Mary Johnson, in 1773.4 He married, secondly, Esther Jane Ogle, daughter of Very Rev. Newton Ogle and Susanna Thomas, on 27 April 1795 at Winchester Collegiate Church, Winchester, Hampshire, EnglandG.5 He died on 7 July 1816 at age 64.
     He was a celebrated playwright.

     Thomas Sheridan was born in 1719.2 He was the son of Rev. Dr. Thomas Sheridan and Elizabeth MacFadden.2 He married Frances Chamberlayne, daughter of Dr. Phillip Chamberlayne, in 1747.3 He died on 14 August 1788.4
     He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, IrelandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)2 He was an actor and teacher.3 He wrote the book The Dictionary.2

     Elizabeth Anne Linley was born in 1754.3 She was the daughter of Thomas Linley and Mary Johnson.1,3 She married Rt. Hon. Richard Brinsley Sheridan, son of Thomas Sheridan and Frances Chamberlayne, in 1773.1 She died on 8 June 1792.1,3
     She was praised by the King of England for her singing.4 She and Lord Edward FitzGerald were associated.4 From 1773, her married name became Sheridan.

     Horatia Isabella Harriet Morier was baptised on 8 August 1819 at Dresden, Germany.2,3 She was the daughter of John Philip Morier and Horatia Maria Francis Seymour.1 She married Algernon Percy Banks St. Maur, 14th Duke of Somerset, son of Edward Adolphus St. Maur, 11th Duke of Somerset and Lady Charlotte Hamilton, on 17 May 1845.1 She died on 28 October 1915 at age 96.1
     Her married name became St. Maur. After her marriage, Horatia Isabella Harriet Morier was styled as Duchess of Somerset on 12 January 1891.

     John Philip Morier was born on 9 November 1776 at Smyrna, Turkey.2 He married Horatia Maria Francis Seymour, daughter of Admiral Lord Hugh Seymour and Lady Anne Horatia Waldegrave, on 3 December 1814.1,2 He died on 20 August 1853 at age 76 at London, England.2
     He wrote the book Memoir of a Campaign with the Ottoman Army in Egypt from February to July 1800, published 1801.2 He was U.K. Minister to Dresden between 1816 and 1825.1
