Haha, a nice opening scene of the little one looking at his naked neighbor with his telescope. What follows will mark him for a long time. It is not difficult for you to come out of it completely sexually frustrated. Add to that the feeling of failure as a nutty professor and you get a deadly mix.
It's not scary, then within the genre you're better off with Hollow Man with Kevin Bacon, not that it's scary, but whatever. It is mainly light-hearted and funny, with a bit of an erotic touch and the latter may have been the intention.
Top shelf pulp, bad acting and more of that, but quite entertaining. There are better eighties horror movies, but it wouldn't hurt to include this one.
