What We Do
Our Projects and Initiatives
As an entity of the New York Ecological Services Field Office the New York Partners for Fish and Wildlife Program conducts work throughout the state. Over 60 partners have assisted the Partners for Fish and Wildlife (PFW) in accomplishing its goals. Our partners include more than twelve different Soil and Water Conservation Districts, Land Trusts, Local Governments, State Universities, and other educational facilities. Trout Unlimited, Ducks Unlimited, Ausable River Association, Batten Kill Watershed Alliance and others provide funding, technical support, and monitoring for partners projects. The most important partner is the landowner, without whom this program would not exist.
Our New York PFW program conducts many types of restoration projects. Learn more about what they do.
