Construction Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC):

The FWS is utilizing MATOCs to support work on infrastructure projects across the U.S. and its territories. MATOCs have been awarded for alteration and repair, geotechnical engineering, and architecture and engineering work, and are coming soon for design-build work. MATOCs have many benefits, including streamlining the acquisition process, limiting contract duplication, and reducing the administrative workload, which enable faster and more efficient service delivery on projects. MATOCs also provide contractors the opportunity to provide work on a steady stream of jobs over time, with fewer administrative hurdles and a reduced solicitation timeline.
