The questions that are going to be discussed are whether the Bosnian society is still divided or integrated along social or ethnic line, how the social issues stretch above the ethnic divisions and how the social patterns are being transformed. In addition, in order to present more tangible image of the post-Dayton society, I conducted 10 interviews with people from different ethnic belongings and social positions in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Most of the interviewees showed more concern about the current social issues in regard to the ethnic ones.
